Seem to do a decent job, but they stink. Avoid breathing when you open the container.

These have the same components as name brands for a much better price.

Men's vitamins

I loved the extensive list of vitamins and minerals of these tablets. However, I have a swallowing problem, so I either chew or crush pills and tablets before I consume them. I tried these tablets twice and almost spit them up both times. They were sooo salty I swear the entire tablet was pure salt. Looking at the contents, I notice they have sodium and chloride broken out from each other, but the whole tablet tasted like salt, not just 82mg. I think they didn't mix the ingredients properly at the factory and I bought pure salt tablets. I returned them. I purchased some Centrum 50 and it was much much better.

Why would these have 8333% of the recommended daily value of B12??? My doctor had me stop taking because my bloodwork showed B12 way too high. It has much more than the recommended daily value of several other things too. Had to waste most of a brand new bottle 😖

Purchased these at the Bentonville Sam's club. Bottle is full of broken tablets and little pieces. Definitely poor quality control.
