Not real sure what to say about something that you use but can't see results. My FIL uses these because they are comparable to a name brand.

My husband has a hard time swallowing this pill it’s to big for him he had only used 3 days. So I am not sure if there is anything else he could. I still have a whole bottle with 3 missing.

Last time I bought these, the pill count was 400. Now it is 275 for the same price. Very definition of shrinkflation. Am reconsidering other options. You should too.

Why would these have 8333% of the recommended daily value of B12??? My doctor had me stop taking because my bloodwork showed B12 way too high. It has much more than the recommended daily value of several other things too. Had to waste most of a brand new bottle 😖

I loved the extensive list of vitamins and minerals of these tablets. However, I have a swallowing problem, so I either chew or crush pills and tablets before I consume them. I tried these tablets twice and almost spit them up both times. They were sooo salty I swear the entire tablet was pure salt. Looking at the contents, I notice they have sodium and chloride broken out from each other, but the whole tablet tasted like salt, not just 82mg. I think they didn't mix the ingredients properly at the factory and I bought pure salt tablets. I returned them. I purchased some Centrum 50 and it was much much better.

They're pretty convenient and my father feels better using them

Same formulation as the brand names but larger bottle and almost 50% cheaper! Can’t lose here.

Better than the average multi-vitamins. It has more types of vitamins than others at a good price.
