Had it for 2 months now and works great. Takes just as much time as 2 machines. Since I always forget to switch the laundry leaving another 2+ hours between 2 cycles. No forgetting now. However, the tide pod cycle went to hours for some reason. Just use normal and it works while de activating detergent. Easy to clean and maintain. Dryer is good. Sometimes have to run it again but that is same with traditional dryer. Do not overload. It is a heavy machine tho and no way to change spin speed on regular cycle.

I absolutely recommend it to anyone who is frequently laundering items - I didn’t think it’d make much difference in terms of timing but it does! I am rolling through so much more laundry than before, it’s such a game changer! I love that I can monitor everything on my phone, schedule cycles, manage cycles, manipulate settings, etc. Also a huge fan of the detergent and softener hold tanks so I don’t have to worry about adding anything every cycle. Not having to change over clothes from the washer to the dryer is seriously wonderful. We will always be all-in-one customers now! So convenient, way efficient, and all-around a great investment. 5 star recommend!

I have a small laundry room and now there is room for our laundry basket and some other stuff. It is very heavy, so make sure you don't need to move it. It took a few weeks to get the settings down, but now the clothes are coming out perfect. The filter is a little bit of a hassle, but I had to clean the standalone unit, so no big deal. Maybe an option to just stick a tube in the laundry detergent. Overall, I would never go back, if anything, if I had more space, I would have bought two of them. If I was building my house, I would make sure this would go in most of the closets, no more hauling clothes anywhere!

It does take longer for a cycle but this is outweighed by the convenience of not moving clothes from washer to dryer. Clothes are completely dry when door automatically pops open at end of cycle.

However, I was so surprised after using it once. Not only does it minimize detergent, it also says that it uses only 0.8 kW of electricity at just one time cycle eventhough small amount. Moreover, clothes come out completely and nicely without wrinkle. Since then, I have tried to introduce this Samsung product to co-workers and my daughter. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Update your software before you use this. I had 2 sets of downloads. I live in the USA. So we have a separate washer and dryer. It’s probably the most common setup. In Europe, having a single unit it very common but this was still a big change for me. I had a Samsung HE washer and a dryer I got passed down from my parents. Both were super old. A few thing for you when you plan to buy this. This is larger than a a typical HE washer. It is a few inches taller and a few inches deeper than what I had before. For me it just barely fits where I need it to go. Also, the door only opens from the right to left. You can not change it. You need standard hoses for hot and cold water and a hose for the water from the washer. There really is no exhaust for the heat or humidity from the drying clothes. Setup: I found some YouTube Videos on how to set this up. There is an extended use detergent and fabric softener holder in the very bottom of the machine. Supposedly you can scan the bar code and that will tell the machine what you are using. It didn't work. You can have a REALLY long cycle (extra dirty clothes, soak, and super dry) and it may take 5 hours. You probably don't need to use all of that. I found just a regular wash cycle and medium dry took about 2 hours. This was about what just a wash cycle took on my old washer. The is a clothes/wrinkle saver that keeps the clothes turning for a couple hours to lessen the wrinkles. there is a light inside so you don't forget clothes! This is super quiet! I added a video so you can tell how quiet. You can probably run this overnight.

You just add your clothes and set the wash and dry cycles you want. There are so many cycles to choose from and has AI technology. It connects to an app so you can keep track of the laundry and it notifies you when it is complete, you can also send the setting from your app to the machine and simply hit start on the machine. There is a storage for the laundry soap and fabric softener at the bottom of the machine to set for auto dispense to the loads to save time and money of not putting too much soap manually. If you need just wash or just dry you can choose those settings as well. I am bad about remembering to switch the laundry and this has saved me so much time. When the laundry is complete the door pops open to vent. It has a large capacity, I can put an entire 90L basket in there to wash comfortably without it being stuffed.
