[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Drying factor is great. Minimal wrinkles. Good capacity. Cycles are efficient. Vibration is optimal. Get this !

Continue to receive the “can't clean heat exchanger” error almost every other load. Have had a tech come out twice. They replaced a part one time. The very next load, same error. I think there is a major design flaw with this unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity is amazing. Almost completely silent with no vibration. Leaves no wrinkles. Drying time is half the time my old dryer took. Numerous choices to choose from for different types of cycles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size is perfect but the dry time is not great This is great for small loads as the drying can take 3-4 hours for regular loads. Really deserves 3.5 stars.
