Everything from the automation, capacity, compactness, efficiency, to the interface. Great product in every way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this combination, washer and dryer based on my previous experience with Samsung washers and dryers. You see I already have a Samsung washer and dryer in my home. This all in one unit is really pretty good. I'm legally blind and the display is a little lower than I level, but most of the time I can navigate it. The only thing that's bothersome to me is the Lyne trap pulling it out, emptying it and putting it back in requires you to line it up Just So and if you don't have a lot of room between the washer dryer unit and the wall to pull backwards, it can be kind of tricky to line it up and put it back in and take it out and empty it. Other than that, it's very easy to work with. I think we've had an issue with the clogged drain once and we've had this since 1 December and it is now mid May. I like that self washes and self dries let you know when you need to empty the lint trap. Let you know when you need to add detergent or fabric softener. I like that it's an all in one unit and it notifies you if you use the phone app, when the closer are ready. I like that it's programmable so that you can wash and Dry the clothes so that they're ready at a certain time so you don't have to worry about wrinkles. It even has an option to help you reduce the number of my wrinkles that you get in your clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent Washer. At first glance it seems small and low capacity, but the capacity is surprisingly large. Love the smart things connection and the AI wash mode. The control panel is mostly straight forward, it takes a bit learning at first. The drying function leaves the clothes very dry, much better than other separate driers I have used in the past. Only downside is that the wash cycles and dry cycles take very long

Don't buy it. Not worth the money. Breaks down and costs too much to repair since Samsung doesn't have some parts available.

Very happy, the capacity is more than suffient, the cycle is very long, drying works perfectly, the interface is very easy to use, very low vibretion,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been a year and having a problem with the drain pump

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great machine that gets clothes clean. It hasn't let us down so far and I can appreciate that considering how much of an investment it was

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited about having laundry done at night and wake up to folding and hanging, but no, the unit does t dry all that way and sometimes, none at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing washer and dryer? I will definitely continue buying similar Samsung models. The different cycles are great large capacity low vibration and wrinkle free! Good drying cycles also!
