The smart screen is very easy to use and connects to my phone for notifications. I love that I can wash and dry under 2 hours.

I got this thing and I got to say it is amazing it's set it and forget it and it does an amazing job on cleaning much better than the other two I have in the laundry room I got to say I didn't believe it would work good but two in one you don't even have to check it and the clothes are done thumbs up on this one can't say the same for the oven though I already wrote a review on the oven and if I could have I would have returned it but this thing no way I love it

The biggest game changer is being able to throw clothes in and come back later to everything fully washed and dried without transferring loads. That alone has made laundry feel way less annoying. The machine is surprisingly quiet, looks really modern, and handles larger loads better than I expected for a combo unit. The AI features and auto detergent dispensing are actually useful instead of gimmicky. Clothes come out clean, soft, and dry most of the time. That said, it's not perfect. Drying cycles can take longer compared to a traditional dryer, especially with towels or bulky items. You also have to stay on top of cleaning the lint filter and maintenance areas or performance starts to drop. It definitely requires more upkeep than a regular washer and dryer setup. Overall though, for saving space and convenience, I think it's worth it. If you hate switching laundry between machines or live in a condo/apartment, this combo makes life a lot easier.

The versatility of the features/parameters let me wash everything and dry perfectly (if desired) without high heat. The heat pump does not add a degree of heat to the laundry room and the efficiency of the lint screen catches all the lint; no fuzz or dust. The machine reminds me to perform the maintenance tasks, such as tube clean, and all it takes is to touch the start button. It send a message to my phone to tell me when it done. I just it would fold the clothes too! Maybe that will be included in the next model 🤔

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this ventless all in one washer and dryer For our fifth wheel RV, we keep it in our Troy Hollar portion of the camper and I will tell you it works amazing. It takes Longer to do a full load, but I will tell you for a ventless machine. I'm very pleased with the outcomes at least so far.. I would buy it again for my RV.

I love the one step wash and dry function since it eliminates the rewash from someone forgetting to swap the clothes to the dryer. It seems pretty efficient and set up easy. Plug it in to the 110v outlet and hook up the water lines no venting needed. Easy to use and connects to the phone easy. It does require a lot of maintenance. The cleaning cycles have to be ran frequently and they take a while. The time it takes to wash and dry a load is also really long, which you're also not able to wash a second load while one is drying so it makes one day laundry seem to take forever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my combo for about a year and a half so far so good especially because I have it outdoors, I do have it protected and on the pedestal so that helped but I guess my issue is more towards the SmartThings app. Sometimes it'll disconnect or I thought I started the wash, but I guess the phone app didn't communicate with the washer. Even though I put start now, I have to stare at it until I know it's starting. But the AI caught on to my laundry and my clothes feel perfect. I do stop the dryer sometimes manually though. It'll add more time than what I feel is more than enough dry.
