The versatility of the features/parameters let me wash everything and dry perfectly (if desired) without high heat. The heat pump does not add a degree of heat to the laundry room and the efficiency of the lint screen catches all the lint; no fuzz or dust. The machine reminds me to perform the maintenance tasks, such as tube clean, and all it takes is to touch the start button. It send a message to my phone to tell me when it done. I just it would fold the clothes too! Maybe that will be included in the next model 🤔

With busy schedules and nonstop laundry, not having to remember to move wet clothes from the washer to the dryer has been a huge help. I also love not having to constantly refill liquids or keep up with extra steps. The smart phone connection is one of my favorite features — being able to track cycles and get updates right from my phone makes managing chores so much more convenient. Overall, it’s been a great time-saver and has really helped simplify laundry day in our home.

Our house came with a hole in the wall but no duct, rather than tearing apart the walls we tried ventless. So far so good, only one machine taking up space, takes any amount of clothes I throw at it, and it seems to use less power! It takes about the same amount of time as a traditional washer and dryer but if you don't have anything that can't dry in the load you can just let it dry automatically while you carry on with your day. I really enjoy the stat display at the end of the wash cycle, it's probably not going to change how I use the washer but it's nice to know what you used. One thing I wish you could do however, is set it to pause between wash and dry for more than 10 minutes. It's so quiet I don't really notice it's paused and I don't always have my phone on me so I miss the window.

Love that it takes detergent automatically so little waste so efficient! The interface is easy to use! Takes up minimal space!

I've had this machine for about a year and a half now. It only worked for about 10 months. It broke before the warranty was over, and they sent some service techs to look at it. They came out almost 5 times and haven't been able to fix it, and now I've been told that the warranty period is over, so I can either pay for a new washer or keep paying the service techs to come out and try to fix it.

This machine promises the future but delivers a headache. For a "premium" appliance, the performance is shockingly poor. ​Dryer is Useless: Because it’s ventless, it takes forever. A single load of towels takes nearly five hours, and even then, they come out feeling "steamy" and damp rather than dry. ​The "AI" is Not Smart: The AI OptiWash feature constantly miscalculates the load weight. It either uses too little water or adds hours to the cycle for no reason. ​Maintenance Nightmare: The lint filter system is poorly designed. Wet lint gets trapped in crevices that are impossible to reach, which will definitely lead to mold or drainage issues down the road. ​Vibration & Noise: During the spin cycle, the whole house shakes. It sounds like a jet engine taking off in the laundry room. ​Bottom Line: It’s a beautiful-looking machine that fails at its two basic jobs: washing and drying. It’s way too expensive for something that makes laundry day take twice as long. Don't buy Samsung product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this machine never have to worry about clothes getting stank because I didn’t switch it over to dryer is a life saver. Do take some time but is worth it I also save on laundry soap with it because I’m not over pouring anymore it put just enough and you can smell it. It’s easy to start the loads not hard my teens and 6 year old can use it . Love that it also connects to my phone so I can see when it’s ready and how much time is left on a load as well. The look is clean also not too much. I have a family of 12 going on 14 this machine saves me time and can wash a good bit of clothes at once. AI settings is good to it remember what you select and will put that setting again as an option so no having to click around and pick thru again. Can’t complain it’s good. Only one thing I don’t like and I would say after 3 months I notice some lent build up inside I can’t reach I empty after each load just hope it’s not a issue later on besides that it’s great I love my washer and it has been a great purchase for my apartment I have it hooked up next to my sink and it don’t take up too much space my landlord doesn’t even know I have a washer he thinks it’s a dryer .
