[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still working on figuring this out on the drying cycle but washing works pretty good. Capacity is a bit less than my old Samsung. Wrinkle free cycle is great, no vibration. It takes A WHILE IF YOU WANT TO ADD TO THE LOAD. I don't like that

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with the Samsung Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Washer Dryer. The biggest benefit is the convenience of washing and drying in one machine without having to move clothes between units. The automation features are very useful, and the AI settings make the process simple and efficient. The capacity is great for regular household laundry, and the compact ventless design saves space while still handling full loads well. The interface is clean and easy to use, and the overall performance has been smooth. Clothes come out clean and properly dried, and the machine feels modern, quiet, and well-built. Overall, this is a great choice if you want a premium, space-saving washer and dryer combo with smart features and strong everyday performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a new machine and did not want to install a 220v outlet for the dryer. After a bit of research I found this ventless all in one ad saw every review on youtube about it. And let me say that this machine was life changing. No longer I needed to do laundry but the all in one did it for me. Put dirty clothes in, take dry and clean clothes out. No more adding detergent, figuring out what settings to use, waiting or forgetting to move clothes to dryer. And the app makes it even better. If you need absolutely the fastest speed get the vented version of this, otherwise the ventless has been such a breeze and in the almost 2 years I had it zero issues and clothes are always clean. Highly recommend anyone that meeds a new set to get this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing product, energy efficient, ease of use and the fact that it is so quiet when being used is a huge plus. I am most happy with this combo I should've purchased sooner Z delivery and installation fool 30-45 minutes tops. Easy to learn controls . It has a huge capacity for my loads it's more than enough for a weekly wash for a family of 4. Interface is great and easy to understand. I love the automation features easily connects to WiFi and the app. Easily compact machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capacity for it is amazing for such a small machine it has so many maxing cycles the drying time can be a little lengthy but never bad the interface is easy to use the vibration can be lot sometimes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my machine. I purchased it after my tower dryer stopped working. I have a small laundry area and wanted to maximize the space. I was worried as it said drying took longer than the vented version. Overall it takes about 3-4 hours for a regular load of clothes. This is similar to what my old unit was. I also don't have to worry about switching the load and having to rewash. I am able to fit my king size bedding into 1 load which is so convenient compared to 2-3 loads because it has more room. If there are still a few damp spots it's easy to use the dryer only cycle and I love being able to stop it after washing if I want to put my clothes on the line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washing machine overall was a great purchase. Our only complaint that is preventing us from rating it 5Stars is the software issues and long drying times. This washer/dryer combo is not for anyone who is not tech familiar. The interface is not very user friendly and can be confusing at times. The software updates and self cleaning take very long but if you schedule them during the overnight while sleeping you'll barely notice. If you set it to wash and dry in one setting the AI usually over compensates resulting in a much longer wash/dry cycle. If you do a standard wash and a timed dry, we have found the loads do not take as long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were shopping for a new washer and dryer and bought this on a whim based on its features and ease of use. I am one who constantly forgets loads in the washer and really appreciate the load notices I receive on my phone. It's easy to use and easy so far to maintain. Haven't regret this purchase yet! Highly recommend buying the matching pedestal, your back and knees will thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first combo and a game changer for laundry. Do we forget to move the wet clothes from washer to dryer? No! Laundry feels as effortless as possible, from the seamless wash to dry process to the laundry liquids automatically added. This was a great upgrade purchase decision.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine is efficient and the interface is great. Love all of the different options for washing and drying. Capacity is also great size for normal laundry, towels, and bedding. Clothes can come out wrinkled if you fill it too much though.
