The combo machine has been good for us. Once we figured out the different functions and how to work the machine. New concept takes a little getting used to but not having to babysit between the wash and dry cycle is great. Would highly recommend for anyone in the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have now used the AI Laundry Combo™ All-in-One Washer/Dryer for over a month and like it so far. One thing that is a definite change from your traditional washer/dryer setup is the time you need to allow to wash and dry you load (as opposed to being able to wash a second load of clothes while your first load is drying). The AI unit does have a lot of features that are nice like being able to load your detergent and softener in multi-load quantity, text notification of completion of cycle or any errors and it is very quiet when washing or drying.

We heard rumors that the wash would come out damp but this is not the case for us. Every load came out completely dry and warm just like a traditional dryer. We especially like the minimal energy consumption, no 220V required only 110V. Very pleased with the saved space and effeciency of this washer/dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this a few weeks ago and use it daily. It is very convenient not having to transfer laundry from the washer to dryer. It does take slightly longer to do a complete load of laundry but the trade off is worth it. It looks very sleek and is very user friendly. It’s convenient being able to only add laundry detergent and fabric softener occasionally and not every load. I recommend this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’d researched AIO units for a while, they each have their pros and cons but I’m glad I went with this one. I wanted an AIO to enable us to simplify the laundry process and save some space in the laundry room. I share an apartment with two grown sons, and it had been a challenge getting laundry done as they’d forget to move it, which backed up everyone. Now I can see whenever someone’s doing laundry, they can get an alert when it’s done, and I also get an alert so I know when I can use the machine. I’m also no longer tethered to the house waiting to move the laundry into a dryer, which makes it more flexible on when I can do laundry. It’s done a great job of cleaning and drying so far; nothing has been damp but it’s also not overly dry. The app has been working really well, especially since I have other Smart Things devices already- there are some features I’d like to see them add (like set a time to start, not just when you want it to end) but that’s the beauty of software; new features could probably be added based on user feedback. The delivery was fantastic as well. My only nitpicks so far are that it does stick out a few inches more than I’d like due to the way the hoses are attached (which shouldn’t be an issue for most people) and I wish the inner/onboard lint filter was easier to see to make sure nothing got past the normal lint filters. I do recommend if you get this to watch some videos to see how to clean the detergent filters and other maintenance tasks.

We bought this in May and already having issues. The clothes are still saturated even when you put dry cycle to, “ more dry.” You can only wash small loads! It takes 5 plus hours to wash one load, making it difficult to get many loads done in a day. It was a terrible purchase. I would return it if I could!! Not worth the money! Now I’m stuck with the bill and having to go to the laundry mat on my days off because of the lengthy time it takes to do one small load! You can forget washing towels or covers! Just completely dissatisfied and anyone that ask, I tell them the same thing, DON’T BUY!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently received delivery of our Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry Combo. First impression is the machine is larger and heavier than I anticipated, but because I do not need a separate washer and dryer unit it saves space overall. The only negative is if you need to move the machine for any reason, dropped item or to clean around it, you will need at least 2 people in order to do so. The set up was very easy with the Smart Things app. I love technology, especially when user friendly. The app allows you to completely control the washer/dryer and to keep an update on the progress of the wash/dry cycle which is really cool. I love all of the bells and whistles and the ability to customize your laundry cycle is much appreciated. We have only run one test load of laundry and for some reason it took around 5 hours for the wash and dry cycle. This may have been due to the AI energy saving feature, so I will have to run several more loads before judging the time needed for each load. The only other recommendation I would give is for Samsung to include the bottom base to increase the height of the door. My wife commented the door is very low so loading and unloading laundry can be hard on your back. Overall, the machine looks great, love the screen and options on the washer/dryer, as well as the Smart Things app. Weight of the item could be an issue if it needs to be moved, time to run a load may be an issue, and heigh of the door would benefit from a sturdy base/riser.

This was purchased about a month ago, had a great offer thru my employer so I went for it. Up to today it has been wonderful, i found if you just leave it on normal and let the AI do its job clothes are done is less than 3 hrs with regular load. Today however, one load finished, moved on the the next load, after cleaning the lint trap which I do after every load, and now it gives me a lint trap error. Filter is clean, got inside the machine as best as I could thru the lent trap door but could not resolve the problem. No I am waiting to hear back from a 3rd party repair company so they can set an appointment to come and take a look. I am still rating a 4 star because up until now it has been perfect. I hope this one issue is not a sign of things to come. Also, just a suggestion, Samsung you are big enough to have your own internal repair group and not contract out to 3rd parties, I hope I am not waiting weeks to get this repair done.

We received this unit yesterday. The installation people ran one cycle to make sure it wasn't leaking. We then ran the calibration and one load of laundry, everything seemed fine. Today, the unit will not power on. We have checked the breaker and done all of the troubleshooting, it will not turn on. Of course the first appointment for repair to come out is not until October 25 and Samsung already hauled away our old units, so we have no way to do laundry this week. We went back and forth on this unit based on the mixed reviews and regret it immediately.
