[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the unit for a couple of months. I am still getting used to it. I used to have a huge washer and dryer so I would do laundry about 3 x a week and save because I am doing fewer loads. This takes smaller loads (or else the time needed really goes up). I do need to figure out how to be able to stop in between the cycles so I can remove microfibers--just hasn't been such an issue that I have taken the time to look into it. And, the automatic detergent injection makes my clothes smell nice longer. I don't know how the engineers did it but the clothes are less wrinkled if I don't get to the right away--I love that.

From connectivity to different kind of washing and drying options, this washing machine has been a breeze to use. The intuitive control panel makes operation simple and straightforward. Given we have five people in the home, it accommodates various fabric types and soil levels. The Samsung Smart Things app is super simple to use, the setup was a breeze, we just scanned the code and it did most of the setup itself. I definitely prefer using the app over the control panel as you can choose a multitude of options that seem buried in the control panel. What I really love about this washing machine is it’s ability to connect to the smart things ecosystem, we have been able to control our Ring home security and also other other Samsung smart things like vacuum and Fridge from from the washing machine control panel. Although it isn’t a must have, it was a good nice to have as I know who is at my door while doing laundry and such. I love the design of the washing machine too as it is sleek and modern and fits perfectly into our space; the large front loading door make it easy to load and remove the clothes. Overall I am highly please with my Samsung washing machine and would definitely recommend to friends and family.  

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to get this washer for the savings on electricity and convenience of one unit that washes and dries. The dry cycle runs with a heat-pump. The heat-pump will heat the laundry and remove moisture from the clothes. The clothes do not get as hot and the air is not vented outside. The air has the moisture removed and is sent back in to the dry cycle. The first load of laundry was so quiet I had to check that it was still running. The unit is quiet by this new style of combo washer/dryer and it has Vibration Reduction Technology built in. There are so many features, you can tailor every load of laundry. It would be difficult to go back to our old washer and dryer. I appreciate that the SmartThings app let's us know when each cycle is complete and I can make adjustments to the cycles when you are away from the machine or on the go. The capacity fits our family of three perfectly with room to spare. The combination washer/dryer completes laundry tasks faster than a standard washer and dryer pair of appliances. They is no transfer time between appliances. The single unit goes from a wash cycle to a dry cycle, no more forgetting to transfer the laundry. It even has an interior light like an oven, you do not need to stop the appliance to see what is happening.

Dangerous and potentially fatal flaw in the Samsung Bespoke All in One Washer and Dryer. I purchased this product 06/26/2024 and it was received and installed 07/03/2024. At first everything was fantastic, clothes came out clean and dry, I’d set a load before bedtime and we were easily able to keep on top of the laundry for a family of six. After about 6 months I noticed that the laundry was consistently damp at the end of a drying cycle. I followed the instructions on the Samsung support center to clean the heat exchange coils and make sure the lint trap and surrounding area were clean. That seemed to help for a couple loads and then the performance issues returned. I contacted Samsung and a service repairman was sent to look at it. He didn’t see anything wrong, and suggested washing the lint trap every few uses to prevent a buildup of fabric softener. The performance issues continued, and it was a huge disappointment to have spent $1,999.99 dollars on a piece of equipment that was having to be run multiple times just to get a dry load of laundry. It became difficult to stay on top of the laundry, and frustrating as the lower washer filter was continually becoming clogged with hair. Finally, out of desperation, seeking answers to this issue, fed up with soggy clothing and multiple runs that used MORE energy, and caused us to constantly be behind on the laundry, I turned to Reddit threads and Youtube. This washer/dryer combo is promoted as being ventless, a huge plus, because of no need to constantly clean an external vent, increasing our risk of a house fire. As a first responder family that was a relief. According to Consumer Affairs, “Dryers are responsible for approximately 13,820 fires annually.” I faithfully cleaned the lint trap every load and followed all the instructions provided by Samsung for continuing maintenance. What I found inside the back of my washer/dryer unit was shocking. After scouring Youtube I finally found an account that showed how to remove the lid and open the top of the lint chute, the chute that carries all the lint up to the trap where it can then be removed. The lint chute was almost completely filled with lint, there was a small hole through which air could get through. This obviously explained the poor performance issues with drying, but was shocking as it’s a huge fire hazard, and the only way to reach it is to take apart the washer/dryer. Attached is a photo of the pile of lint that I removed from the unit. Pencil for reference to HOW much lint was stuffed in there. Obviously there is a flaw in the design of the chute that carries the lint to the trap. This will be an ongoing issue, where to fully clean the unit I, as the consumer, have to take apart the washer/dryer to access the built up lint. This is a fatal flaw in this unit, one that I’m grateful to have found, but one that has the potential to cause house fires for the other consumers that have bought it. There is no way to clean the lint, and consumers have no knowledge of the build up unless, like me, they spent hours trying to find somebody on Youtube or Reddit that might know how I could fix my wet laundry. Do better Samsung. In 2023 there were 4,371 fire deaths. So far in 2025 there have been 1,240 home fire deaths. The NFPA reports that, “between 2016 and 2020, the United States experienced an annual average of 350,800 home structure fires.” My family is lucky to not be part of that statistic, you’d better hope that others who bought the same product have that same luck.

It has an intuitive interface and allows me to manage the washer, set schedules, and receive alerts. It certainly feels very efficient in its performance too. In terms of capacity, the washer capacity isnslightly smaller than my previous washer but regardless I do not have any concerns with its size as it was able to accommodate large loads for both washing and drying. The Total AI Combo cycle time is surprisingly very efficient and save me overall time compared to traditional washer and dryer sets. This feature has saved me time and energy. The AI Optiwash and AI Optimal Dry functionalities are impressive as well as all cloths are sensed for wetness and are appropriately dried prior to being finalized. The Flex Auto Dispense feature has added convenience by automatically dispensing the right amount of detergent and fabric softener based on the load size and soil level. This has saved me time and minimize waste. Regarding the interior design, The washer combo has a sleek and modern aesthetic, complemented by practical screen layout and features for ease of use. Installation of the Samsung combo unit was relatively straightforward, with clear instructions provided in the manual. However, professional installaters installed the new machine and ensured it was tested prior to leaving. Overall, the Samsung washer dryer combo coupled with the SmartThings App, offers a blend of innovative features, convenience, and efficiency, making it a valuable addition to my household.

It not only saves me time but also my sanity.  I was HORRIBLE about remembering to switch the laundry and this new washer/dryer has been a real game changer.  We have been using this wonderful machine for a couple of weeks now and it has done an excellent job of getting everything clean and dry with efficiency. I’m 5’3” and removing items a breeze unlike our previous top loading machine. Being a bit on the shorter side, I love that I don’t have to transfer each load to a dryer. You just add your clothes and set the wash and dry cycles you want. There are so many cycles to choose from and has AI technology. It connects to an app so you can keep track of the laundry and it notifies you when it is complete. There is also the option of setting it from the app to the machine and simply hit start on the machine. There are reservoirs for the laundry soap and fabric softener at the bottom of the machine that auto dispense, this saves time! You just add your clothes and set the wash and dry cycles you want. There are so many cycles to choose from and has AI technology. It connects to an app so you can keep track of the laundry and it notifies you when it is complete, you can also send the setting from your app to the machine and simply hit start on the machine. There is a storage for the laundry soap and fabric softener at the bottom of the machine to set for auto dispense to the loads to save time and money of not putting too much soap manually. If you need just wash or just dry you can choose those settings as well. I am bad about remembering to switch the laundry and this has saved me so much time. When the laundry is complete the door pops open to vent. It has a large capacity, I can put an entire 90L basket in there to wash comfortably without it being stuffed.

I absolutely recommend it to anyone who is frequently laundering items - I didn’t think it’d make much difference in terms of timing but it does! I am rolling through so much more laundry than before, it’s such a game changer! I love that I can monitor everything on my phone, schedule cycles, manage cycles, manipulate settings, etc. Also a huge fan of the detergent and softener hold tanks so I don’t have to worry about adding anything every cycle. Not having to change over clothes from the washer to the dryer is seriously wonderful. We will always be all-in-one customers now! I wish they would have included a special brush to clean the dryer vent because it is a necessity and I am having to rigg something up just to keep it maintenances as they instructed.
