Bixby

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer does great The dryer section of it does not dry the load of clothes in the amount of time it’s supposed to. Even with a very small load, I am disappointed.

Terrible design

I just a Samsung stackable washer/dryer. I had it installed and when I went to use it- I couldn't see the upper part of the dial. I am 5'11 and still cant see the top of the dial.

Buy this machine with confidence!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best washer/dryer combo I have ever used. My wife and I loved this machine so much that I had to buy one for my mom.

I love it. I call it a miracle because I don't understand how it works but it does a great job! used for several weeks now and it performs beautifully.

Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it. High tech, very quiet. Average load time is about 2 hours 10 minutes. That’s washed and dried. No excess heat or humidity in laundry room.

Good product!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I kind of like this product but would like to mention that if you put it on discount it would be worth the price

CLOTHES SMELL GREAT!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer and dryer, I really like the AI setting, clothes come out smelling great and we use to have to use the beads before in our old washer to get them to smell this great.

My experience

I have had this unit for 6 months. It is used for adults, a teenager, and a 2 year old. It is ran daily. Keeping up and learning the proper maintenance is a job in itself.
