Slow as molasses

I HATE this washer/dryer! It takes forever to do a load of laundry. The app sucks. The customer service sucks. Everything on it just takes sooo long!

We recommend checking the load of your laundry before using the washer and dryer combo, as this can affect the unit's efficiency. Please refer to your user manual for more details.
