Our household uses this and Im not sure if its better for you than actual butter, but it tastes good and I use it to cook things like eggs and whatever is pan fried. I dont like using oil that much so Ill use just a small amount of this to cook.

If butter had a close cousin, it would be I can't believe it's not butter. I have tried the whole family except Olive oil, and all are delicious. I can't wait to try the distant relative with Olive as well. Yummy!
