I liked that it has no artificial preservatives, has no trans-fat, and is affordable. It's lower fat than butter with fewer calories! The new rectangular packaging is clever, and fits well in my refrigerator door. The Original flavor of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter does taste similar to real butter. Since I generally use unsalted butter, I noticed the salt (90mg/tbsp) taste, but it's delicious on certain foods like vegetables. Opinions are 100% my own.

Now, I love me some good ol' fresh bread and butter. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter makes that slightly healthier than the traditional butter options. It tastes almost identical to butter for me and is easily spreadable. I use it on pasta, bread, in baking...anything that calls for butter I use this 😁

To be honest, we recently switched to butter, because of the fake ingredients in most spreads. I was happy to see that ICBINB made their products with more natural ingredients. I got this product free to try but was already very familiar with thus product. So familiar I already had it in my fridge. It is so much better than just margarine and I really can't believe it's not butter....

I remember when this first hit the shelves. My mother actually spread some on my toast ans served it. When I asked her why she was smiling she laughed and told me that it wasn't really butter! We could have made a commercial. I've enjoyed the creamy sweet buttery taste ever since.

The new formulation is awful. It's too thick and it barely melts in a hot pan let alone on toast. It doesn't taste as good as the old product which may be due to the elimination of the sweet cream buttermilk. I've used this spread for many years but will be looking for an alternative.

It has a good texture and consistency and is easy to use in a multitude of recipes. It is soft and very easy to spread right out of the refrigerator. I have used it to finish off spaghetti, an English muffin, and have used it in place of butter in various boxed products such as cakes, hamburger helper, and cookies. I have also used it when cooking vegetables in a pot. I would definitely recommend it as a lower calorie/fat option in any recipe that calls for butter or margarine. However, I did not like the flavor when it was by itself such as on the English muffin. Overall I would recommend this product.

I'd just like to know why, after all these years, you guys would change the recipe of this butter? It was absolutely perfect the way it was and now you've gone and ruined it. It's way too soft now. Every time I pull it out of the fridge, I've gotta put it back in there within 2 minutes or it's almost melted. I just don't understand why you had to go and mess with something that way just great the way it was. I've stopped buying this butter because of it.

To me the taste is the same which is good. The consistency is too soft. When I spread it on toast and need to get more it melts off my metal knife. I also do not like the new container. The shape is good but the lid is not. It's hard to remove from the container. I liked the round lid better.
