Have not installed the seat yet, but will next week. The reason for the five stars is I had one of the same seats in my old home that I just sold and we love it we had two other brands with the Brondell was the best.

I think it's good. My wife doesn't think it hits her parts well. She never complained about our Toto Washlet. This one will go to the guest bath while a Toto c100 goes in our bath.

We love bidets. This one took me 15 minutes to install. The pieces fit together well. It looks good. There were two extra parts that look like artifacts from a former design model. The spray is nice and strong.

I love this bidet, it was easy to install and all the features are great. The heated seat, warm water, and night light are worth it.

“It will change your life.” Extremely easy set-up, all the features you could ever want. Best birthday present ever!

I bought this three weeks ago and I am so happy I did. This is one of the Best Purchase I have made in a long time. AWESOME!!
