bought it on Sams club online as I have sleep issues and doctor suggested supplements of magnesium with a organic chelating agent (glycinate) would be a good source for bioavailability. it works great and don't see any side effects as of now.

I read about Magnesium helping with sleep and I gave it a try and it works for me. I bought this brand and it worked fantastic. didn't think it would work especially on me. I will continue to buy for the rest of my life. I would recommend trying it if you are having trouble falling asleep or staying asleep. For the price it's worth the experiment.

These Nature's Truth Magnesium Glycinate Capsules are great! I am able to relax at the end of the day when I take these. I believe many people are magnesium deficient from what I read, and these certainly prevent that. I also find my headaches go away when taking these.

This magnesium is great, doesn’t have any fillers in it and is easy to swallow. Have been taking this to sleep and it seems to be helping. Will continue to be taking this nightly.

These work so well, I was having a cramp in my leg the other evening and took two and within a few minutes the cramp subsided.

This was such a great value at twice the amount for what I normally pay I had to give them a try. Initially I thought they were not as effective as what I normally take but as I took more, they worked better. I actually have an eyelid twitch that I learned a while ago is caused by a lack of magnesium. I have to take it regularly or the twitch will start to come back quickly and the cheap magnesium doesn't work. Since taking this regularly it has been effective and I'm so much happier with a longer supply and saving money.

Great magnesium supplement especially for right before bed. This helps me toss and turn less. I feel a little more rested the morning after taking this as well.

They are huge capsules and they want you to take two. That's a lot to swallow.
