I bought this to try it out because other pills are either hard to swallow or have after taste. But not this one. This are easy to swallow which is convenient

While the capsules are pretty big, they aren't a problem for me to swallow. I like thd 200 mg dose and that the bottle contains 180 capsules. I've just started taking them so too soon to know how it's going to work, but I'm looking forward to finding out.

This product is easy to take and capsules are regular sized. The bottle size is a great value!
