This was such a great value at twice the amount for what I normally pay I had to give them a try. Initially I thought they were not as effective as what I normally take but as I took more, they worked better. I actually have an eyelid twitch that I learned a while ago is caused by a lack of magnesium. I have to take it regularly or the twitch will start to come back quickly and the cheap magnesium doesn't work. Since taking this regularly it has been effective and I'm so much happier with a longer supply and saving money.

Great magnesium supplement especially for right before bed. This helps me toss and turn less. I feel a little more rested the morning after taking this as well.

I would recommend this magnesium if you are looking for a low dose. The capsules are a bit large but easy to swallow. I like that the ingredients are non-gmo with nothing artificial added.
