I was looking for a large capacity fridge because I probably have one too many condiments in my fridge that take up space so I wanted a larger fridge but I really didn't want a regular depth one because it would stick out too much in my tiny kitchen. The counter depth max fridge is perfect. I really love the deep door shelves also to put all my condiments. I also didn't want a fridge that has a beverage center so the sleek water dispenser inside is perfect for when I want some cold water. This fridge is everything I could ask for and more!

Lots of space, well lit and easy to find everything. Drawers and doors are conveniently laid out. Although we followed the instructions, the water filter and ice still have a plastic-y taste 5 rounds of ice and 10 gal of water later. Minor gripe is that the ice bucket didn't come with a scoop.

Have been enjoying my new LG 27 cubic feet, counter depth refrigerator for several weeks now and I’m very happy with my purchase. I love the roomy shelf space and storage room inside the doors. I have the extra internal door storage space since I did not select the outer water/ice dispenser. All is working very smoothly and quietly. I had one hiccup with a dent in one of the doors upon delivery, but LG quickly arranged to replace the door and it was done very satisfactorily by their local Service Representative.

I am happy with my purchase, in general. I feel like the shelf configuration could be better. I’m extremely limited on space for taller items, but, it works fine, overall. I did have an issue with the unit not cooling; everything in my freezer thawing, and the fridge warming. I had to toss about a thousand dollars worth of food. The fridge lights were still on, which was a confusing thing- it was on, but not working. I had a very good experience with a phone call to customer service, and learned that because while having some electrical work done, a breaker had been shut off, then quickly turned on again, and that was enough to cause the motherboard to shut down, and need to be reset. I was able to reset it, and it began working fine. I think this is a problematic design flaw. If the fridge is not cooling, then the lights and everything should go off, and perhaps an easily accessible, specific reset button should be present. That way you can see that the unit is not cooling, long before you find your stuff thawing. It should also have a built in surge protector, so this DOESN’t happen, with so many power “flickers” that occurs in my area. But, I do like the look and sleek profile of the fridge, and this was the only issue I have had with it so far. As I said, the customer service person was very professional and helpful.

I have had an LG refrigerator before and this one is great. Size is marvelous, look and finish just great. One issue was ice maker made great ice and lots, but ice tasted terrible! New frig, new filter, water tasted fine. We just got a new ice maker, so time will tell if that fixes the issue. That is why only 4 stars for a brand new refrigerator.

I choose this model because of its price, style, and storage space. This is my first LG product. I like everything about it except the internal refrigerator temperature control is not accurate. the lowest temp setting is 33 degrees, at this setting the internal is only 37 degrees. This might seem trivial to some, but I like my stored liquids to be very cold. Other that the temp issue this is a very good unit at a reasonable price.

I got this 2 weeks ago and am very happy. The counter depth allowed for easy installation. The storage room in the doors, and on the shelves is excellent. The in the freezer ice maker makes plenty of ice. The water dispenser inside grows on you very quickly.

We bought our LG a few months ago and have been very pleased! We love the water dispenser on the inside and how easy it is to move the shelves around. Spills are super easy to clean and the shelves in the door can hold lots of drink and food bottles/cans. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase!

We needed a counter depth unit and this one is huge inside while still fitting in our space. The ice maker is great and quick. We did not get it in the door because we wanted plenty of space. The only drawback, and it is minor, I would like to have a little more flexibility in adjusting the shelves
