Great design, so much space for counter depth, nice deep veg and fruit trays, ice maker works perfectly, temps seem perfect, quiet. Water temp seems too warm, not as cold as water kept in jug in fridge. Maybe that is normal? Had to order second delivery because first one had surface defects on doors (small dots and a couple of scratches). But other than water temp, very happy so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was time to replace our old refrigerator and we weren’t sure what to purchase. We decided on an LG and are glad we did. The new refrigerator fits perfectly and exceeded our performance expectations.

This refrigerator is nice but not as good as our last LG refrigerator. We thought we got the same one but this one seems smaller inside. Also the installer scratched the handle and the door with a tool while putting on the handles. We got a replacement handle and now we need a new left side replacement door. We paid a lot of money for this refrigerator and it’s scratched by the installer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was forced to buy counter-depth vs std 27 cu ft b/c delievery people refused to move a 28 1/2" depth refrig through a 29" door opening. Payed $100 more, but figure meh, solves uncooperative movers. but, this has narrow shelves inside and huge door shelves --> would have preferred deeper shelves and less door shelf area. Also learned this one uses older, 4-piece-moving compressor design vs newer, single-piece-moving, so hoping it is as reliable for longer haul. Temp control is very good, like all LG's. Oh, the std 27 cu ft has multi-flow vs this filter flow, and would have liked to have had that as well. Lighting is very good inside. Haven't hooked up water line yet, but expect that will all go well, as other LG I have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Refrigerator is great.Food stays fresh, ice cubes are made quickly, and the technology is great. The app is a great tool to keep one apprised about the condition and status. The Negative was the delivery and trying to reach someone to repair the doo which was out of order,a problem the flange.Should have been handled by the delivery company.

I am happy with my purchase, in general. I feel like the shelf configuration could be better. I’m extremely limited on space for taller items, but, it works fine, overall. I did have an issue with the unit not cooling; everything in my freezer thawing, and the fridge warming. I had to toss about a thousand dollars worth of food. The fridge lights were still on, which was a confusing thing- it was on, but not working. I had a very good experience with a phone call to customer service, and learned that because while having some electrical work done, a breaker had been shut off, then quickly turned on again, and that was enough to cause the motherboard to shut down, and need to be reset. I was able to reset it, and it began working fine. I think this is a problematic design flaw. If the fridge is not cooling, then the lights and everything should go off, and perhaps an easily accessible, specific reset button should be present. That way you can see that the unit is not cooling, long before you find your stuff thawing. It should also have a built in surge protector, so this DOESN’t happen, with so many power “flickers” that occurs in my area. But, I do like the look and sleek profile of the fridge, and this was the only issue I have had with it so far. As I said, the customer service person was very professional and helpful.

Had the refrigerator for nearly a month now and everything works great. Good consistent temperature and the ice maker is working well unlike my previous Samsung fridge where the ice maker had constant issues. With the internal water dispenser, this model has lots of capacity.

I wanted a big refrigerator but it could only be counter depth….hard to find, especially with the features we wanted. We are seniors and our backs aren’t what they used be so the refrigerator section had to be up on top, freezer, less used on the bottom. We didn’t need an ice maker so this feature was easy to remove the tray for more room. Our other major appliances were stainless so that was part of our search.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our appliances installed a three weeks ago. I really like the different features, I’m still getting used to them. The microwave is wonderful, I love the extended vent, the food heats up really well on the pre-selected modes. The range and oven works well I love the different sizes and it cleans up easily. The dishwasher is so spacious and tall I can fit all my items in there. The Fridge is ver spacious.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great sleek look followed by a nice and bright inside lights. Having the water maker on the inside does make thing a tad inconvenient but it make the outside appearance clean. Make sure if you are using the water and ice maker you get the appropriate plastic hose and the the braided metal one. It will make your water taste horrible, along with the ice. The only real issue I have with this machine is the inside compartment is just sligltly too small for all of my gallons of liquids and adjusting them would mess up the space for the other shelves. But the door shelves do make up for it. Overall great buy
