Our old LG fridge lasted almost 12 yrs & we were very happy with it. This new Counter depth fridge is almost the same model with a few upgrades. Water dispenser inside works great. No button to push with free hand, just press glass against lever to get water. Only 2 produce/meat drawers, but they are large & can hold a lot of food. Even though this is a “counter depth” fridge, it is actually bigger than our old French door fridge. Door shelves are deep & can hold a lot. Freezer compartment big enough. Taller than old fridge so deff measure height! Love the clean look & no finger prints

This is my second LG french door fridge. The last one lasted 14 years. The new fridge is beautiful inside and out. Even though the cubit feet is the same, the inside holds much for than my original LG. The doors can hold numerous 1/2 gallon containers 5 to 7 on 1 side. The door stay cold with door cooling technology. The lighting and interior is elegant. My fridge runs colder than the setting, so this is a very efficient fridge. I am very pleased and recommend this fridge.

It has a lot of shelves on the side doors you can see everything clearly and the freezer is also big and it’s easy to find stuff. It’s also easy to clean, which I am pleased with totally recommend that.

Since I've received the refrigerator I have been unable to open the freezer door properly. I have had to unplug the refrigerator twice in order to get the freezer door to open up. That's utterly ridiculous. I've called several times to get support to which I've gotten nothing. What's the point of the refrigerator if I can't use the freezer or I have to unplug it in order to get it to open.

It runs very quiet and keeps everything at a cnsistent temperaure, not to mention the energy savings over my old unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our kitchen only accommodates a countertop depth refrigerator. We have been frustrated with our previous model that only had 20 sq ft. capacity. This LG refrigerator is amazingly roomy! We did not want a door dispenser for ice or water and got more storage space in return. We love it.

Bought this new refrigerator to replace an existing LG French door refrigerator as a precaution because the old one was 12 years old. We felt that a new one now would help us in the event the old one conked out. We are so glad that we bought this unit as it has been updated and is easier to use than the last one.

This is a terrific refrigerator. It meets all our needs and is meeting all our expectations, and there appear to be a number of models in this refrigerator "series" that have a range of features that we neither needed nor sought. It's high capacity and "countertop" depth coupled with it not having features that we didn't want along with a competitive price made it a great purchase. The only drawback is the owner's manual (there are hard copy and somewhat different online PDF versions). Important information is lacking. For example, this refrigerator can dispense cold water (inside) and make ice without having to have an internal water filter. Since we have a highly filtered water line in our kitchen, we did not want to use an internal filter (which had been a costly problem with our prior [not LG] refrigerator). However, neither owner's manual indicates this nor tells how to set the refrigerator up to do so. DISAPPOINTING!

I shopped everywhere looking for that perfect new refrigerator. I love how much can fit into this refrigerator. I have 3 crispers now and it makes my life so easy. I always thought that it was a must have, ice and water in the door. Not any longer. The water is tucked away nicely inside of the refrigerator. And it’s really nice to be able to tie all of my appliances together in one place with the ThinQ application. I’m truly spoiled now. This refrigerator will make your kitchen look sexy!
