[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this fridge for about 3 months now, and it's been excellent. It has a bright, spacious interior, big enough that you don't realize it is a count-depth. The door shelves are enormous, with ample space for two gallons of milk in a single shelf. The freezer is likewise spacious and well laid out. The ice maker has worked reliably and makes consistent sized ice cubes. The smart features are subtle but useful, such at a chime if you leave the door open (and a push notification to your phone if you have it set up). I also appreciate the energy monitor feature of the app--the fridge appears to run very efficiently. On top of all that the fridge is also very quiet--I really only notice it running when the ice maker is actively working.

Fridge was delivered with one door lower than the other, read the manual on how to adjust with the tool provided but couldn't get it to even out. Put in for a technician to come out and fix it, got a call from the repair company that because it is a cosmetic issue, I would have to pay for the service call because it was past the 24-48 hour limit. I checked the paperwork, couldn't find anything stating that. As a consumer I have the right to expect that a brand new fridge would look like the fridge in the advertisements and on the showroom floor without having to pay extra for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a few weeks ago - love how much room it has compared to my old counter depth refrigerator. Lots of room for items on the door as well. Love the internal water dispenser. Decided to go this route as the old refrigerator with the in door ice and water would leak or dispense ice on the floor ruining one of my cabinets along the floor. Still getting used to the right door not suctioning or pulling closed but overall very pleased.

I was looking for a large capacity fridge because I probably have one too many condiments in my fridge that take up space so I wanted a larger fridge but I really didn't want a regular depth one because it would stick out too much in my tiny kitchen. The counter depth max fridge is perfect. I really love the deep door shelves also to put all my condiments. I also didn't want a fridge that has a beverage center so the sleek water dispenser inside is perfect for when I want some cold water. This fridge is everything I could ask for and more!

Needed new fridge. Very nice and quiet. Only problem we had was that the height was to much. Had to have a handy man adjust the bottom of the cabinet. Also the handle to the bottom freezer the screws were stripped, so it was a good thing that I bought the warranty. Received the new handle and was able to place the handle on with no problem. Recommend getting the warranty. That's why less 1 star. I like the fridge. Nice and roomy, freezer is nice and big.

Love the refrigerator! The freezer drawers are deep and hold lots of food. Not having ice/water in the door makes for lots more space in the refrigerator. The only negative is how much noise the water intake is for the ice maker but at least it only lasts a few moments.

I love the fridge, my vegetables lasts fresh for longer in this fridge!! It has great capacity and it is quiet and energy saving. Just evaluating the fridge itself, it is wonderful indeed. I just was 2 little thing to point out: (1) the nob at the bottom to balance the fridge is oddly just at the front end, I have a floor that happened to till slight from the left to the right of the fridge, and there seems to be no way to lift the back end of the fridge unless I cut a small piece of hard object to shim it myself. (2) the WIFI connection to use the app: after a few months I kept getting my fridge cannot be found, but it was still totally reading my energy usage, my door closing and opening etc, I just don't get alert anymore when I forgot to close the door. The only way to get it all correct again was to delete the device and add it back, but when I did that, it lost all my previous history.........I lost half a year worth of energy usage trend.......

Bought this to replace an older counter depth refrigerator. The space in this product is amazing! It feels like it’s twice as big as my old one turn. A good design team seems to make the most of the space they’ve got to work with. Great icemaker unbelievable indoor storage good crispers. I’ve got nothing to complain about, and nothing but compliments for this

We bought this to replace an existing cabinet-depth fridge - from a different manufacturer - that died. What we immediately noticed was, even though it was the same exterior size, it was significantly larger on the inside. We did a little research and discovered the LG capacity was 7 cubic feet larger! My wife and I have a hard time filling it!
