I had an older side by side LG refrigerator and gas range that i lost in a recent kitchen fire along with an LG gas range. I replaced all of my appliances with LG! washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, gas range and the refrigerator. The refrigerator has so much room! I also like that the water dispenser is on the inside.

We've had this fridge for almost two months now, and love everything about it! It is sleek and attractive, and extremely roomy. I didn't really care for my previous bottom-freezer fridge, but this one has changed my mind - easy access and so much thoughtfully-planned storage in the large freezer drawer. We are completely sold on the interior water spout - so much cleaner and easy - and the fridge just looks so much better without that messy, drippy water feature on the exterior door! Completely, enthusiastically happy with this purchase!

I bought this Lg a couple weeks ago to replace an old side by side fridge. Our dimensions were tight, and we needed counter depth. This fit the bill. Iy is a beautiful fridge. Water pour is on the inside side-so not to take up door space. Ice is in the freezer. The amount of space inside this appliance considering its counter depth is incredible. The shelves adjust and there is a ton of storage. I am very content with this purchase

So happy I bought this model. No more on door water/ice dispenser issues. Loads of room even though it’s the same size as my old refrigerator. Best use of available space. Love that the water and ice dispensers are on the inside. The flow of the dispenser is great, fills a 30 Oz glass in 15 seconds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Outstanding product. Much more capacity than I expected. And the LG thinQ app is terrific. Monitors temps in the fridge and lets you know if you left the door ajar. Internal water dispense is so much better than that ugly thing on the front.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator only several weeks ago for our weekend house and cannot give it definitive performance review as yet but can comment on its layout, features, and build quality. We discovered that this 27 cu. ft. counter depth refrigerator can store so much more than we thought it ever could. At first, we were even convinced that we may have purchased too large of a refrigerator. We have most all refrigerated items stored in direct view and arranged on the two interior doors. We're trying to organize the shelf interior so that we know where any given item is on a regular basis. We're not there yet. We have purchased clear plastic bins for use in the freezer section to better make orderly use of the space. The ice maker is a little slow but the ice collection box in the freezer is very convenient and doesn't waste space on the door. I find the inability to determine the actual refrigerator and freezer temperatures annoying and frustrating. The digital set temperature seems inadequate without also showing the actual temperatures. I had to realign the left door after delivery and installation after initially loaded it with items. The left door would not engage the top track to close the flap seal between the two doors. The instructions and tool provided helped me solve this problem that I felt should not have occurred. The water filter was easily installed and the interior water dispenser was convenient to use although we only drink spring water which we store in its 2-1/2 gallon dispensing container on one off the adjustable shelves. The exterior stainless finish is smudge resistant because it seems to have some kind of clearcoat finish over the stainless steel. I, however found two very small defects in that finish which I will live with. A further comprehensive review of this fridge will be given after a longer term of use has been established.

Bought my refrigerator about 3months ago. It is everything its supposed to be. Being counter depth, I was concerned it wouldn’t hold much but it is extremely large and holds a very large amount. Love the hide away water dispenser which also allows for more room inside for food storage. A great machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old refrigerator completely died on July 4th 2023. The next day I purchased this LG fridge and it was delivered and installed 6 days later. This model has a large amount of interior space and the door shelves hold a surprisingly large number of items, much more than my old fridge. The crispers do an excellent job of keeping fruits and veggies fresh and the lower meat/cheese/etc. bin does a good job of keeping these items cold. The freezer is quite roomy and the ice maker keeps me constantly supplied with fresh ice cubes. The ThinQ inside control panel makes it easy to make adjustments .The doors open easily, specifically the freezer door. When you open the freezer door, the top shelf with the ice tray slides towards you making it convenient if that is all you were aiming for. All in all I really like the LG refrigerator. I am glad my old fridge died!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not as cold at the setting of 38 deg, can't feel the cold air when I open the door. Door handles could be further apart, using my right hand to open the left sided door is kinda tight. Pulling out the freezer easily hits your feet, much too low. I would've preferred a much shallower door compartment and deeper indoor shelving.
