I bought this refrigerator a few weeks ago and it has exceeded my expectations! Even though it is only slightly larger than my previous side-by-side, the layout allows much more storage. I like having the water dispenser inside the unit as well. The finger print resistant finish is one of my favorite features. This appliance is so easy to clean and keep clean! I enjoy all the features including the "alarm" the lets you know when you've left the door open or ajar. I would highly recommend this refrigerator!

We are happy we bought this counter depth refrigerator. It has amazing capacity in both the freezer and crisper drawer. The icemaker is located in the freezer and that leaves extra room in the main compartment and especially the doors. With the water dispenser in the main compartment, we don't have to contend with water in the outside door opening and on the floor as with in door dispensers. Ice maker puts out plenty of ice in a day. Would recommend this unit to anyone that is thinking about needing extra space and eliminating the in door water and ice dispenser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this fridge for about 6 weeks. So far runs great. Love how room it is for counter depth. Makes a beep if you forget to close it. Looks beautiful and neat! Only thing was we had to take out a shelf to be able to store large bottles because the shelves are not really adjustable. But it’s perfect after that.

However, shortly after purchase the ice maker and water dispenser stopped working .A repairman came and found a kink in the water line which he fixed and now everything is working perfectly. The people who have helped us with the purchase and repair have been very helpful and courteous.

I researched refrigerators and LG was suggested with flying colors! There was a bonus of a water Spicket inside the left door, which I truly love! My granddaughter is thrilled because I can now hang all of her drawings on the front and both sides of the LG! Best fridge ever!

I love the fridge, my vegetables lasts fresh for longer in this fridge!! It has great capacity and it is quiet and energy saving. Just evaluating the fridge itself, it is wonderful indeed. I just was 2 little thing to point out: (1) the nob at the bottom to balance the fridge is oddly just at the front end, I have a floor that happened to till slight from the left to the right of the fridge, and there seems to be no way to lift the back end of the fridge unless I cut a small piece of hard object to shim it myself. (2) the WIFI connection to use the app: after a few months I kept getting my fridge cannot be found, but it was still totally reading my energy usage, my door closing and opening etc, I just don't get alert anymore when I forgot to close the door. The only way to get it all correct again was to delete the device and add it back, but when I did that, it lost all my previous history.........I lost half a year worth of energy usage trend.......

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought after our old ge fridge died. The lg has the same footprint but has significantly more space and a great layout. The door shelves are spacious and hold condiments, drink cans, wine bottles, etc so the main area is freed up for food. Great ice making capacity as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Size of the refrigerator is great, I appreciate all the extra room that the lack of insulation provides. Disappointed that the actual temperature of a refrigerator is not displayed. Only the temperature you set it to is. I put five thermometers around different parts of the refrigerator and got a temperature range of 4- 7°. I have my refrigerator set for 35°, it is 35 at the top and 39-41° in the bottom compartment.

I was thrilled that there was a water dispenser inside the refrigerator, instead if having one through to door and losing all that space for the mechanism. I do not always want chilled water, but it is there when I need it and I have not lost valuable fridge space to achieve that. It is very stylish and has lots of great storage room for all my foods, condiments and drinks.
