Our old fridge wasn’t working well (different brand) and was causing our food to go bad very quickly, so we bought this one almost a month ago. So far I’m absolutely loving it! It’s easy to use and set the temps, easy to hook up to the water line and keeps temperatures accurately. The only thing I wish it came with was a slider shelf for taller items but it’s not a deal breaker. I really like how the water dispenser is in the fridge and not on the front of the door where it can drip down the front of the door. The ice maker keeps up with the amount of ice we need and is always full. I wish the ice maker came with an ice scoop but that’s not a deal breaker either. We bought this and 3 other LG kitchen appliances the same day and we are very pleased with all of our purchases.

After 3 times having a professional come out the check it out there seems not to be a fixable issue. We then purchased an ice cube make for the countertop, and it finally stopped. So we ordered the LG refrigerator and so far we are so happy with it. the shelves a so great, and the extra space on the doors is great, besides that we have wonderful ice cubes at any given time.

Everything about it, from the LED lights, temperature control via Wi-Fi, smooth sliding drawers, to the non smudging stainless steel finish. Overall this fridge is a winner!

I bought this four months ago along with a cooktop microwave double oven and dishwasher. The dishwasher leaks on the new wood floor baking in this oven is NOT the same seems like conventional baking is always on and removing finger prints is work. Plus you play hide and seek looking for serial numbers and model numbers. A company this big should be able to figure out a way to get the needed numbers on all that paperwork they hand us. Never again will I purchase LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and I have been happy with it so far. I especially love the large drawers, shelf layout and bins in the doors. It is very spacious and we can find things so much easier than in our old fridge.

Since I've received the refrigerator I have been unable to open the freezer door properly. I have had to unplug the refrigerator twice in order to get the freezer door to open up. That's utterly ridiculous. I've called several times to get support to which I've gotten nothing. What's the point of the refrigerator if I can't use the freezer or I have to unplug it in order to get it to open.

I researched refrigerators and LG was suggested with flying colors! There was a bonus of a water Spicket inside the left door, which I truly love! My granddaughter is thrilled because I can now hang all of her drawings on the front and both sides of the LG! Best fridge ever!

Absolutely love this fridge, except for the fact the ice maker broke within a day of having it. So then we had to wait 2 weeks before getting it fixed! Very disappointing since the main reason I got this fridge was for the ice maker in the freezer. It makes a ton of ice!
