We needed a counter depth unit and this one is huge inside while still fitting in our space. The ice maker is great and quick. We did not get it in the door because we wanted plenty of space. The only drawback, and it is minor, I would like to have a little more flexibility in adjusting the shelves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Satisfied for the most part...I do not have a water line to feed ice maker; would like to see a better configuration to accommodate ice cube trays and ice bin as option. My only other complaint is one of annoyance when items, especially plastic drinking bottles stored on the door shelves fall over if you are carefull when closing the doors.

I bought this several months ago and I am extremely happy with my new refrigerator. I love all the features including the height, adjustable glass shelves. The door bin storage is incredible. The icemakers extremely efficient and produces large quantities of device relatively quickly. Also love that I can control the refrigerator via the thinQ app.

Features and functionality are great, have only had them a month do still learning about all the features. Delivery and install team were great.

We wanted (and needed) the slimmer appeal of counter-depth but also plenty of space, especially for entertaining. We love that the water dispenser is inside as we don't use it that often. Also, we don't use a lot of ice and the ice maker makes plenty enough. It even reminds us if the ice is old to dump it out. I also appreciate the app reminder to change filters or that a door is open.

I am so excited to say this is an awesome refrigerator❣️ This is the first time to try a “Counter-Depth” appliance and I am shocked to see how much more room we have in this 27 sq. ft. size vs. the 26 sq. ft. size we just replaced! It will fit in the new built in place we are building for it and now I will have more cupboard space where my old refrigerator was! It works great from the get go, and with the new phone ap as an information and safety source, it was not a great hassle to learn how to run. I’m very pleased with this purchase and would DEFINITELY refer it to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The left hand door slams so hard it shakes the whole fridge and the things in it. Tech guy changed the hinge (same as the old one) and same results. Told us to shut the right-hand door first and it won't be so bad. I don't agree. I guess we will have to put up with it because otherwise we like the fridge.

Since I've received the refrigerator I have been unable to open the freezer door properly. I have had to unplug the refrigerator twice in order to get the freezer door to open up. That's utterly ridiculous. I've called several times to get support to which I've gotten nothing. What's the point of the refrigerator if I can't use the freezer or I have to unplug it in order to get it to open.

I recently purchased this refrigerator to replace a two year old (not LG!) fridge which could not be repaired. I was anxious at first because it was larger than my previous fridge. What a pleasant surprise! It looks fabulous and is keeping my food fresh. So easy to store and find food in the fridge and freezer. Quiet too. And perfect ice cubes. I am so glad I purchased this refrigerator. Highly recommended!
