[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Satisfied for the most part...I do not have a water line to feed ice maker; would like to see a better configuration to accommodate ice cube trays and ice bin as option. My only other complaint is one of annoyance when items, especially plastic drinking bottles stored on the door shelves fall over if you are carefull when closing the doors.

The design gives us more room in the refrigerator part, and the lower freezer part is easy to organize and use. The shelves are sturdy and the drawers are easy to remove and clean. Ice maker makes plenty of ice and is easy to access.

Our new LG refrigerator that we recently purchased is very well designed. The upper portion allows you to keep food organized and it is easy to access frozen items. It is really quiet! Looks great and is made well. We looked at many brands and configurations and decided to go with this model. No regrets at all.

I choose this model because of its price, style, and storage space. This is my first LG product. I like everything about it except the internal refrigerator temperature control is not accurate. the lowest temp setting is 33 degrees, at this setting the internal is only 37 degrees. This might seem trivial to some, but I like my stored liquids to be very cold. Other that the temp issue this is a very good unit at a reasonable price.

I have had the refrigerator for just over 6 weeks and I am very happy with it. It has more space in refrigerator and freezer than other counter depth brands. The ice cube maker works well and I like the ice cube size and large container. I have a thermometer in the refrigerator portion and it matches the temp setting. It is very quiet, which surprised me since my last frig was so noisy.

We love our new LG Refrigerator. We didn't realize just how spacious this refrigerator is until we actually got it installed and put everything in it from our old side by side by side. We only used less than half of the space in our new LG refrigerator and it doesn't stick out from the wall any further than our old one. This LG refrigerator is really quite also, both the refrigerator and the ice maker. I love the Smart features that is available on the LG App. also. There are a lot of great features and available information on my refrigerator in the LG Smart App.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In 2017 we bought another very popular brand 23 cu.ft. refrigerator that we should have been happy with. It was a disaster. The in-the-door ice dispenser meant having the ice maker in the refrigerator. After replacing the ice maker and all it's component parts, that refrigerator is now in the garage to store drinks. The replacement was the LG 27 cu.ft refrigerator with the ice maker in the freezer and the drink dispenser in the refrigerator. Couldn't be happier. More space for food, Better storage organization with shelves and drawers. Bigger vegetable storage bins. More freezer space. And no more painful experiences with reliability like our not so old other brand refrigerator. LG is the best.

This refrigerator was recently purchased and the right door is misbalanced or otherwise not functioning properly. The door immediately begins to close after it is opened making it inconvenient to load the refrigerator or take things out. So far I have been frustrated in getting Lg to correct this matter. Upsetting!

I got this 2 weeks ago and am very happy. The counter depth allowed for easy installation. The storage room in the doors, and on the shelves is excellent. The in the freezer ice maker makes plenty of ice. The water dispenser inside grows on you very quickly.

I was looking for a fridge that would fit into a very small and narrow gap in my counter. This fridge fits perfectly. It has so much more room than my old fridge even though the footprint is a lot smaller! It really makes my weekly grocery shop for myself look tiny. I can’t ever imagine running low on room as a single person. I imagine this would house a large family’s foodstuffs without incident. There was a minor difficulty with shipping (the promised day came and went without a peep from the delivery folks) but I got it a week later. Overall, I have no complaints. It’s super quiet, beeps if it’s been open a bit too long, makes ice, and dispenses water. This fridge does anything anyone would want out of a fridge.
