Good, Lousy Instructions
The refrigerator works fine and had a good price. Instructions are terrible. I couldn't lower the temperature to 33 degrees based on the instructions. Luckily, I found the fix on the web. You have to set the temperature then pull the plug for 10 seconds. I wonder how many think they lowered the temperature but didn't. The conspiracy side of me makes me think it was hidden on purpose.

Awkward to use
This refrigerator was recently purchased and the right door is misbalanced or otherwise not functioning properly. The door immediately begins to close after it is opened making it inconvenient to load the refrigerator or take things out. So far I have been frustrated in getting Lg to correct this matter. Upsetting!

Love my LGs!!
I couldn't pick a suggested review topic. All of them are spot on! I purchased my first LG refrigerator back in 2025. I loved it so much, I got another for my second home. It's quiet, does a great job of cooling & freezing, there's so much more room than my previous fridge, & it stays consistent. The pull-out freezer & double doors above are roomy & easily accessible. In the fridge part, there's no need to move things around because you can see what you have. I'm saving money & energy with these 2 new appliances, which is a wonderful, added bonus. Highly recommend!!

Poor reliability
This is an unreliable refrigerator. Bought it 3 years ago and already 2 service calls and I could be spending $1,400 in repairs. I am opting to replace this refrigerator instead of incurring a high cost on an appliance that cannot even work for 3 years.

uncomfortable for tall people
I love this refrigerator, but as a tall person I will never buy it. It is extremely inconvenient to bend down to open the doors from the bottom, and there are no finger grooves on the top of the doors. While it may not seem like a big deal, it is. Having to lean down at an uncomfortable angle just to open the fridge door several times a day for the next 10 plus years makes it a no for me. significant design misstep

Terrible customer service from Sam's Club
We ordered this refrigerator on September 14th from Sam's Club and have yet to receive it as of November 20th. We have made multiple calls to Sam's Club, who eventually foisted us off onto the delivery service, who then eventually foisted us off onto LG. The issue is that nobody knows where the refrigerator is, and until they find it, they won't issue us a refund. It seems to us that Sam's Club is the one that should resolve this, since we bought the fridge from Sam's Club, and that they should issue the refund so that we can purchase another refrigerator, and resolve the whereabouts issue behind the scenes without our involvement. We are posting this review because I would hate for anyone else to go through this experience. Order a big-ticket item from Sam's Club at your own risk!

Lots of space but a few flaws
For a countertop depth fridge, there's lots of space. And it's very quiet. However the doors hinge oddly, causing the doors to swing out wide. The result is that the whole unit has to be pulled out further to give clearance for the door swing. Also, you have to make to actually push the doors shut or they will not close fully. Kind of annoying, and I hope I don't accidentally forget to give them a push!
Do not order from Sam's Club
I hated reviews that complained about problems with delivery and installation and not the product. Here I am writing one. Sams delivered our fridge on June 14th 2025. (Yes, its a 3rd party, but hired by Sams so its your responsibility) They brought it without the proper accessories to install the water and ice maker. Why deliver it at all? They also delivered an LG dishwasher without any of the accessories needed to do the installation. Again, why did you schedule the delivery without all the parts necessary for installation. The dishwasher is sitting in its box in my living room. When I ordered appliances from that other big box store they did it all in one day. Here we are 2 weeks later , many phone calls and emails later and still waiting for someone to do something.
