Tender steak

meat was tough

We wanted to try "prime" beef, because we really like Sams meat department. What a disappointment. It looked fine in the package and grilled nicely, but when served, it was awful !! So tough and very little flavor. We're going back to choice ribeyes - hope they don't ruin them.

Worst meat I have ever gotten from Sams. I have purchased lots of this product, I hope it a was location problem.

shown as prime sirloin steak. what was delivered was top sirloin steak which is a totally different cut of beef.

I had bought these before and thought they were great. I recently purchased another package . . . these were definitely not prime, there was so much gristle. Very disappointed.

Haven't cooked it yet, but I saw a comment someone said 3 steaks are good they hide the 4th under the label because it's a terrible cut well that is 100% true!
