Packaged contained very good portion sizes. The cooking was very easy!!

More fat and gristle than meat

These steaks are tender and tasty.

Excellent product if you select carefully

Tough as leather. And Sam’s meat is usually better than that.

The state was wonderful. It was so tender

These were decent- not the best- and we only got three in the package.

Too much fat and gristle but usually the meats I purchase at Sams are extremely high quality

Full of gristle, tough, with the only saving grace being a modicum of flavor

So tough could not finish. Will not buy again.
