Really delicious and tender when not overcooked..... just a little salt, pepper, garlic and pan fry!

Do not buy. The meat is not Prime as it graded by USDA. It was tough and chew, no flavor at all. Walmart or Sam’s monopoly conglomerate can pay enough money or contributions to USDA to get Prime grade. Scam!!!

My husband said only buy usda steak so when I saw this at sams club I thought that this should be good. It was so tough that my husband threw away half of his steak. I chewed thru mine but it was tough.

These steaks have always been so good but the recent 4 pack I bought 2 days ago were horrible. Lots of fat, griddle and I bit down on 2 small pieces of bone.

I bought this last month. In the package, the steak looked good. Upon opening and turning it over, I saw it was almost half fat. I removed 4 oz of fat from the 9 5/8 steak.

I'm so happy Sams Club has PRIME beef now! These Sirloin Steaks are as tender and tasty as the USDA Choice tenderloin. Trimmed nicely to have only a bit of fat on the outside but even then the fat is good. Well done Sams!!

The meat was gray in some places, although still in date. Grilled to medium well, and still had a wild taste to them. Definitely not prime. Will not purchase again!

I absolutely love these steaks. With beef prices what they are right now (August 2025) this is still a great option for prime beef. Cheaper than choice ribeyes and strips, and only a couple bucks per pound more than the choice sirloins (smaller, tougher, not my favorites), these have always been really tender, juicy, and have a great flavor. I hghly recommend them.

I always enjoy the prime choices!
