It was a very tough piece of meat. I cooked it in instant pot!

Really delicious and tender when not overcooked..... just a little salt, pepper, garlic and pan fry!

Not prime. Mediocre, go to a real butcher if you can. Most of my friends like to pretend they're health so they don't know the difference.

Have been buying prime sirloin for years but here lately it hasn’t been as tender and lots of gristle.

Sam’s club always has great cuts of meat at really good prices. These were prime sirloins they were of great quality.

Super impressed with this cut, as good as a strip, almost as tender as a filay but with better taste

these steaks were the best, I marinated for about two hours in a garlic marinate and grilled. These are thick and juicy steaks.
