Physically slick but disappointing smart home functions. The curated Apple App store has only a limited choice of very pricey apps for my IP cameras. Very poor in comparison with alternative smart TV dongle options. Also I don't see how this device can be the effective hub of any smart device ecosystem when it is inactive when the TV is turned off., and there is no native control of Apple Home devices. Also there is the wider issue of Apple Home (previous Homekit) easily breaking with my smart home devices (e.g. Leviton). Save your money and get something better.

I am so glad I got it and didn't wait. This has made my TV experience wonderful again and no longer frustrating. And it has breathed new life into my television.

Discounted from Apple, this is a great item to make almost any TV a smart TV and seamlessly allows you to merge the functionality of your Apple devices and your TV. My last one was fried in an electrical storm.

With the increasing chip pricing and availability issues the price drop of this 4k Apple TV is a welcome addition in smart home upgrades Thank You Walmart.

The Apple 4k TV is outstanding for it ease of use, easy installation, awesome remote and fantastic picture. It makes Apple TV's in the past look difficult. The picture is awesome and the Dolby Sound is fantastic.

Got it before the price increase, I don't think I will need the AI that is coming out on the next model.

Despite being a few years old this is still the best streaming device out there. Clean interface not cluttered with noise or ads. Obviously better if you are in the Apple ecosystem.

I was just looking for a streaming stick that didn’t collect a ton of my data. I was surprised how much better the image quality was compared to my built in “smart” LG TV. And the user experience is much smoother and faster too.

Apple TV 4K was probably one of the best purchases I made. Everything works flawlessly., I have not experienced any lag or buffering, and the system is itself as easy to use I highly recommend

This particular device worked great for a month. I’ve been waiting on Apple for over a month now to address the issues but currently am unable to use the device as intended.
