My wonderful Keurig cup machine finally died after 8 years. I tried to find a replacement but the model that I had ( and was very happy with) is not made anymore. I ordered the closest thing I could find. It came and was disappointingly small , you have to refill the water reservoir for every cup of coffee AND worst of all - it takes 2 MINUTES to heat up and brew a cup. Fortunately , I had another old model in my art studio that I never use there so I brought that home and am using it now. The new one is in the closet. It might be good for a dorm room - or tiny office but it is not what you want in a kitchen.

Perfect for my small kitchen! I like that it doesn’t take up a lot of space and has storage for kcups. The cord is retractable and is nice bc it again helps not have too much stuff out on my limited space. This made a great cup of hot chocolate with my kcup

I Love the mini PLUS ! It is soooo easy ! You can pull the lil tank out if u want to fill it via the sink - or leave it in and fill it w/a water pitcher etc. And then the pod holder (which the regular mini does NOT have) is GREAT - it stores the pods AND fills in the space below the dripper when not in use so it looks very sleek and complete:)

I have had my K-Mini Plus a little over a week. So far, so good. I am not a big coffee drinker, so this single serve smaller maker is good for me. I also purchased the universal filter but I had fine ground coffee and had a mess. Apparently course ground it best. The Mini Plus is a little noisy, but it doesn't last long. Not a deal breaker.

We bought the new coffee maker to replace our existing one which we have used since 2013 and loved. This new one is so much better. It makes the coffee hotter, is slimmer, and finally we can fit our paper cup under it without removing the bottom tray. The main feature is how you add the water. The way you added the water in the old one caused us a lot of problems. My husband would put water in and open the cover to drain the water down. He would walk away and forget that he put the water in and he would pour more water in and then it would overflow and water came out the bottom. This cannot happen in the new one. Thank God!!. The spout does not splash anymore. Being able to have a darker brew is a plus. The press and and brew is another great plus. Just about the greatest revision for this coffee maker that was ever made. Far superior to the old one. We love this one even more. Going back to the original, my husband says that this was the best invention and even better with the new one. Your designers get A pluses from us. Great job in the new design.

Just what I needed. No more standing water. I can now use spring water since I no longer waste water to eliminate the water that has been heated inside the coffee maker and standing for 24 hours like pond water on a hot summer day! I also love the strong button that I didn't even know about until I received it. Now I can enjoy flavored coffee that is a little stronger as I prefer a medium to bold roast.

First of all it's hard to get my husband to like anything I spend money on. However, since I don't drink coffee, I had to get his opinion. He loves it! So I purchased another one for our Airbnb, along with SEVERAL flavored K-pods packs. He pours 6- 12 ounces of measured water into the water dispenser, aline his cup, drop a K-pod in, push the button, and Keurig does the rest with in 2-3 minutes. I only gave it 4-stars because it doesn't work with the Swiss Miss K-Pods too well. I have to use 2 pod to get a decent chocolate sweet flavor. If I pour 8 ounces of water in the Keurig, the chocolate is too watered down, so I have to poor 8 ounces of water in the Keurig and let it drip in my glass measuring cup until it reaches 4 ounces, lift the Keurig lid to stop the water from flowing through, put another Peppermint Swiss Miss pod in, and let the process finish. It takes 4-5 ounces, and Keurig only goes down to 6 ounces.

I received the K-Mini Plus as a gift, and unfortunately there was an issue with it after some use. The response to my request for a warranty replacement was outstanding. The process was extremely easy, and a new unit was delivered to me in less than 48 hours. Very happy overall.

The mini plus is great for me as it is compact and makes a great cup of coffee. Had different problems with the first two units but this one works great. Appreciate that Keurig stands by their product and has very helpful customer service people if needed.

I got it for my desk at the office, since we have the bigger version at home and it is quiet. This is noisy. First it uses pump to suck the water inside. Then it waits to heat the water. You can also hear the sound of the heating water. Then it starts brewing with the same pump noise. But why? The bigger sibling starts brewing and heating at the same time quietly. I thought this would be the same class. But no. It is now an expensive but useless ornament. Disappointed. I was going to give 1 star but it does work as a coffee brewer. So, 2 stars from me.
