I love my new K-mini Plus! It's a great size to fit anywhere since I don't have much counter space and I was able to get it in white to match my other appliances. I also love the retractable cord. I bought the my k cup reusable filter to use with it and it works great! (Just don't use the extra adapter for the plus models)

We bought one in November and there was a problem with the unit. When we called to see if it could be replaced, they asked a few questions and then promptly sent us a brand new unit! We love the size, it doesn't take up much space on the counter, and we love the mug and strong coffee feature.

I received my Mini Plus in October 2020 as a warranty replacement for a Mini I bought 9 months earlier. The customer service was excellent. My Mini is simple to use and makes a cup of coffee in about 2 minutes. I am very pleased with it. One thing that is strange is the noice it sometimes makes after the coffee is made, and that is an intermittent sound that is a little like a whistle. It is not uncomfortable, but it seems unnecessary. The sounds have occurred for five minutes on occasion. Overall, the Mini is a good product, and customer service was good when I needed it.

But this is THE coffee maker if you only want brew 1 or 2 cups at a time. The lack of a large reservoir is not a problem but a feature. Fill the cup with however much you want and pour it in, that's what you will get out every time, no guesswork about cup size. Got an oddball size mug or want to leave just enough room for milk or cream but the maximum amount of coffee, no problem. The other's can't do that.

Absolutely frustrating….We bought this machine because it’s slim design and small footprint on the counter. However, first 5 brews no problem, after which the reservoir would empty then the machine would stop. The only way to “restart” is to add a little more water and restart. Returning! Would not recommend.

This pot is aweful! It is extremely noisy and stopped working in less than a week! Ive e-mailed and called several times to set up a return. After describing the previous story, giving my info im told tbat someone from corp will call me. No one has returned calls or emails. What happened to the great customer service?

I needed to replace my old, gigantic K60 Elite to reclaim some counter space as I only use K-cups occasionally now. This Mini is the perfect solution. It takes up next to no space, doesn't need a big water reservoir and still has the features I need.

this is my third thin size single cup Keurig. the other two broke down after several months. E.G. The second was received in August and failed in October. The earlier single cup model servers did not last more than a year or so and we only make about 4 cups per day and clean it etc.

I bought this two weeks ago to replace our old Keurig Mini. I am not sure I like it as well. It takes time while you stand there and wait for the water to heat so you can hit the button again to make the coffee. I much prefer pushing the button once and getting coffee as the end result. If I had it to do over I think I would choose the old style.

I received my new Keurig K-Mini Plus because my original Keurig stopped working and was out of warranty. The size was as expected but the performance was not. It took forever to start to brew, splashed all over when filling the mug and the resulting coffee was very weak. I would not recommend a machine that you have to fill the exact amount of coffee you desire. I sent mine back.
