I bought the products less than a years ago and I have a problem with my machine. I left it for a few months then I decided to call the customer service to see what can I do with this, With good recommendation I have my new machine, so now I know is very important to keep the barcode,receipt and register in The website to get up date all the product and the services.

This is a replacement for my machine that intermittently decided to stop working. It was some sort of electrical disconnect. After a very friendly and knowlegeable customer service rep walked me through the simple process of proving purchase and serial number, she sent me a brand new identical machine with a new purchase date and warranty. This will be my fourth K-Mini Plus:One in the kitchen, one downstairs, one in the master ensuite and one in my vacation home. I will continue to be a loyal Keurig customer.

We loved our Keirug mini plus as it is small on the counter and makes great coffee. We were sad when it stopped working to our surprise as I have a larger keurig for groups and it has ran perfectly for 5 years. I called keurig and they totally stood behind there product and sent me a new one. That is a good company and because of that I will continue to purchase their products.

My original K-Mini Plus was failing. The problem was electrical… sometimes it would brew, other times would require fiddling with buttons or unplugging and re-plugging to get machine to work. One call set in motion an immediate replacement. Overall a pleasant, hassle-free, entirely satisfactory experience. Thanks Keurig for standing behind your product!

I was sent a Keurig K-Mini Plus because a previously purchased machine stopped working. The customer service team was so helpful and courteous during the process, and I received the new coffee maker within a few days. The K-Mini leaves a small footprint on my small kitchen area, and I like that the brew can be made with eco-friendly reusable coffee pods. Love the color and the coffee this machine makes is perfect every time. Previously used an older Keurig machine that used to keep the water hot, so I did have to get used to waiting probably only a minute for it to start brewing. I plan on using this on trips as well, so I won't have to worry about trying to empty it out.

I am a avid Keurig user but wanted to update and rid my counter of the huge Keurig machine. I didn’t like the idea of having lots of water sitting in the machine continuously. I have read all the reviews and just decided to splurge. Best thing ever! It’s small, attractive, modern and it works great. It takes about 2 1/2 minutes to make a great cup of coffee. Love the idea of fresh water each time. Some of the newer bigger machines only make up to 10 ounces but this little dynamo makes my 12 ounce cup perfect. Do not hesitate to purchase. The bonus pod holder makes the machine look very sleek.

This was a replacement for another Keruig Mini, that only lasted less than 6 months. The replacement has a strong brew selection and has a holder that holds 9 K- cups. To be honest, My 1962 Proctor Silex percolator makes better coffee. Definitely hotter. I had bought a Keruig when they first came out, hated it, gave it away, I decided to give the mini a try because of the sleek design but that's about it. I don't want a half a mug of coffee, warm coffee at that. I will definitely not buy one again and I'm sure that this replacement won't last any longer than the first. Cheap plastic like a toy.

I drink very little coffee but i like to have it when people stay the night that do or if inwant the occasional cup.Its perfect for my needs. It holds enough water for one lg cup. It takes up very little space which is something I have very little of and its cute!

My husband & I do not use this everyday, as most people do. We use a percolator & a ceramic pour over pot. I wanted this machine for the convenience & love the idea you can make one cup of varying amounts. I have a Cuisinart single serve machine. I do not care for the fact that it is hard to make a small amount of coffee unless you fill the water reservoir to a minimum level. I use filtered bottled water. I know this sounds weird, but I did not like the fact that there would be water wasted because of this minimum level because I do not store water beyond the end of the day. I also like the fact that this K Mini Machine does not require storing water & it is a per use fill up. I would recommend this K Mini Plus Single Serve for a quick cup of coffee.
