I have been using a percolator for years and was satisfied with the coffee but this year I had the chance to use a Keurig at a relatives house. I was impressed with the convenience and taste. I bought the K-Mini Plus and have been happy with the results. I mistakenly assumed I could brew less than 6oz. by putting less water in the reservoir to simulate an expresso shot but that is not possible. The brewer will not complete a brew cycle with less than 6oz. I have decided to keep this Mini Plus for travel and as a back up and ordered a K-Cafe to be able to simulate expresso shots. I am very happy with both the K-Mini Plus as well as the K- Cafe.

I had a couple of conversations with Keurig as my unit had stopped working. I have several of these including one at work and the mini unit which is my personal coffee maker. It took me a couple of conversations but I got to the right people and it had stopped turning on just after the warranty expired. They were able to help me out and two days later I had a new unit in my home.

I mean, really cool. That is, if you like your coffee at 150 degrees, this is for you. The coffee is tasty (if you're precise about how much water you put into it for each cup), but I need to heat the resulting coffee in the microwave for 15-20 seconds to get it up to proper temperature.

We bought this brewer to replace a similar one from another company. We are really impressed with the quality and features. We like the strong brew button, we use Sumatra and like our coffee strong and this unit delivers. We purchased this compact model to use on road trips, so we can have our own coffee first thing in the hotel room. We also use it on our coffee bar at home to make a single cup of coffee or hot chocolate. Excellent product!

This little machine is absolutely the best! I'm a big coffee lover and up to now, never had a coffee machine that made coffee well enough for me to enjoy. I tried the K- Mini Plus and I will use it forever. It truly makes a perfect cup of coffee!! It's easy to use, easy to maintain and doesn't take up a lot of space on your counter. Working with the Keurig company is always a pleasure. Their customer service dept. is outstanding. I would recommend this to everyone.

When my K-mini plus was not working properly, a representative walked me through the troubleshooting steps. When all that was recommended did not work, she guided me with setting up a replacement. Thank you for your great service and for replacing my coffee maker so easily and in a timely manner.

This is my 3rd K-Mini Plus Single and it’s still giving me trouble. This one is suppose to be a placement and still not working. Keurig has to know these machines are a problem, I know several people who had faulty machines from stores and the official website purchase.

So impressed with my Keurig replacement experience! A used Mini gifted to us by a friend proved to be defective and, when I searched Keurig’s site for support, learned that around 10 years ago the company recalled it and offered a free quick fix part for it. When I called the company they said the repair part is no longer available. Then the customer service guy asked that I return my unit to them and they would send me a brand new upgraded unit. They even had UPS pick up the old unit at my door- no charge! A few days later we received a brand new Keurig Mini Plus in the color of my choice, and have been enjoying it since!

When I called the customer service person was very professional and helpful. We went through all the steps & my Keurig was not working. She explained what I needed to do next. Sent in all the information & within a week later I received my new Keurig. Thank you for such professional workers!

Our first K-cup machine ever at home. We are K cup newbies and not big coffee drinkers. Only experience is at work office or friends/family house. Bought it primarily to satisfy guests. Likes: It is a nice compact size for the occasional user. Love the spare cup holder integrated to use up space that would normally go unused (where cup fills up). Nice idea to hide excess electrical cord and not leave ugly clutter on counter. Dislikes: It is surprisingly noisy. It takes longer than i thought it would. It would be nicer to have 16 oz capacity for large mugs rather than 12 oz.
