I need to add too much water every time I make a cup of coffee. There is a line for minimum water level, but if you add water to this level plus a hair more, it doesn’t work. So, I then have to keep adding water. When it brews I get the first amount in my cup, then have to switch cups, so the second cup gets the light brown remnants. I find this irritating.

Love this coffee maker when it is working. Slim, nice looking and water tank can be removed for filling or cleaning. However the circuit board malfunctioned in less than a year. Keurig replaced the unit but took 3.5 weeks. The replacement could have taken even longer had I not called them repeatedly. They said the claim would be verified within 7-10 business days but somehow it was not. I had to call and wait for a long time to get somebody to process the claim.

I had bought one for my husband for Father’s Day, since he likes a cup of coffee now and then and a pot is too much. It worked fine but just started working only when it wanted to. The company sent me a new one and so far so good. I wish it held more than one cup of water but I settled for the slim design .

We bought this for our boat after buying a larger Keurig for home and really liking it. My wife and I both like different coffee's and liked the flexibility that having the Keurig gave us. The K-Mini Plus has a smaller footprint which makes it great for the smaller countertop in the boat's galley and it still makes the same great cup of coffee. I had to get used to the single cup water reservoir but that happened quickly.

The first K-Mini Plus I bought was on QVC. It defected not to long after I was using it. It didn't drip the coffee and it leaked at the bottom of the unit. So far the replacement maker has been operating OK. I'll wait and see in a few months how it performs.

I purchased this to replace my Keurig 2.0 and I’m glad I did. It is nice and compact and takes up less room on the counter. I live alone so I like the idea of the water not sitting in the chamber all the time. I find the water temperature to be nice and hot on this brewer. The pod storage that come with it is a plus.

I had a problem with my Keurig K-Mini and contacted the company. I talked to a very nice representative who took time to listen to my problem. He agreed that it was a problem. Within a few days I was sent a new machine. There was no hassle or trouble for me. Very good service.

Every K-mini i get whether it is free replacement or I pay for it, never lasts long. The machine after about 5 months starts to run slowly. I use your cleaning system too. Very poor construction. Will move on to a different coffee maker than Keurig.

The one cup model that failed and was replaced under warranty by Keurig has tended to stop up (just like the first one that we purchased dd). I don't know why this has happened, just that it has. We washed it out. We cleaned the openings thru which water should pass. Finally ran water thru the process without a coffee pod installed and whatever was stopping the proper flow cleaned itself out. Now it is making coffee again. But when can we expect the thing to stop up again? Just saying...
