Easy to use with handy features including a canister to hold pods, removable drip tray for easy cleaning, and quick cup of coffee. I use mine for heating water for tea, instant soup, or hot chocolate. Easy to carry along on trips. Beautiful teal blue color.

I wish the water tank on the Keurig mini was about 2 ounces more to fill a mug. I have very low cabinets above my kitchen counter and the back half of the Keurig mini will fit under my counter but where it's raised up at one so I have a hard time trying to keep it on the counter where I can use it. I must keep it on the stove which I really don't like to do. So I wish they would make one a little bit shorter but have 2 ounces more of water. I know I'm picky but I live in a handicapped apartment and I am handicap and it would make my life a lot easier and I would use it a lot more.

I am so happy with this brewer. It brews the coffee so much hotter than the prior single cup models. It takes a couple minutes to brew but is worth the wait. I also like being able to remove and clean the 12 ounce water tank. Also no filters needed. (I use filtered water).

Had issues with my Keurig Mini K Cup Plus as it stopped working after owning it for under a year. I contacted customer service and we tried trouble shooting with a few tests but it still wouldn't work. Customer service issued me a brand new machine (same model). It gives me peace of mind that Keurig stands behind their products and values their customers. Will definitely recommend purchasing Keurig machines.

So impressed with my Keurig replacement experience! A used Mini gifted to us by a friend proved to be defective and, when I searched Keurig’s site for support, learned that around 10 years ago the company recalled it and offered a free quick fix part for it. When I called the company they said the repair part is no longer available. Then the customer service guy asked that I return my unit to them and they would send me a brand new upgraded unit. They even had UPS pick up the old unit at my door- no charge! A few days later we received a brand new Keurig Mini Plus in the color of my choice, and have been enjoying it since!

It doesn't last, less than then a year and its broken useless any more. It's started not heating the water correctly then it's will turn it self off just like that for no reason what's so ever , so i had to purchased a new one at Costco . The one I had before it last 8 years with no fault at all.

We bought a mini plus coffee maker and it was not functioning right. We were pleased with the help from the service people who helped us find that it needed to be replaced and quickly sent us a replacement. You have a excellent service department. Thank you and the new machine works great.

I love that this K- Mini Coffee Maker takes up so little space!. It produces fast single servings of coffee, hot apple cider and hot chocolate. Great source of hot water for instant soups, broths and oatmeal. Quality is not spared in the size of this K-Mini. So easy to change from one location to another.

Just the right size for me since I’m the only one who drinks coffee in my house. Easy to use. Doesn’t take up a lot of space and my morning coffee is always hot and fresh. It’s cute too, especially in the teal color I got. The only thing I would like better is if it came in the apple green color my old single serving kurig was.

The coffee maker arrived in pristine condition and powered up, but did not brew coffee. I have another Keurig so I do know how these things work. It's a shame because it was a gift for my father. I processed an online return to be taken to the store and upon scanning the code at Walmart, it returned the result that I had already returned this item. Thanks to the wonderful people at Middlesboro Walmart, I was able to get my money back. I am now going to try and find a replacement Keurig at Amazon instead. Maybe have better luck.
