Very secure, almost too secure, as when I try and remove it, so others can use the shower, I have difficulty releasing the suction cups. But that is a problem I don’t mind, because that shows me how safe it is for my family member.

The frame (Lifetime Guaranteed) broke after a year. I am under 330lbs and it says for people up to 500lbs on the bench. I called the company and emailed them, to get a replacement frame but no one responds. It was a good transfer bench.

Had tendon and ligament reconstruction in ankle. Can put no weight on ankle for 6 weeks. Transfer bench has been a life saver. Would definitely recommend it.

Nice bench and had no problem putting it together BUT did not fit in my tub which is handicapped accessible. Did not lay flat even after adjusting legs. My tub is bit smaller than most shower tubs. Had to return.

This chair makes it very easy to get in and out of a tub/shower however, it is impossible those who are unable to stand safely in order to perform feminine hygiene as you are sitting a flat surface. There are models which are curved in the middle!

Seat is stable. However, the exact seat is made to accept the shower curtain between the two parts of the seat. I wish I had known about the other model. It would have saved me the headache of cutting the shower curtain to fit the bench.

It is great for my 84 yr old dad he is in a wheelchair and can get in the shower using this chair and he feels at ease doing it not scared anymore. Only problem a little water gets on the floor we just put down towels

Having double knee replacement I would never be able to get in and out of the shower. This made it as easy as it can be under the circumstances. Added the hand held shower head to make it easier.

Good and sturdy handicap equipment. Well worth the price. I highly recommend. The suction cups hold in place very well. Tip: wet the floor of shower or tub first.
