Super easy to assemble and disassemble for storing or traveling. Not tools required. Very sturdy. The suction cups on the legs that go into the tub hold it firmly in place. It doesn’t slip at all. It was easy to sit down on and slide over to shower. The handle on the tub side aids in sliding over and gives added stability to the user. It is light enough to easily take in and out of the tub without a struggle.

I didn't need a transfer bench, I purchased this to use as a waterproof outdoor chair that would dry quickly after rain. Easy to assemble and seems very sturdy. Seat is more comfortable with a cushion I carry outside when going to sit. Not a gorgeous chair, but very functional for my purpose.

Getting into and out of the tub/shower has become more challenging, so this handy bench is safe and very helpful. My only reservation would be that the textured seating surfaces are rough for those who are not well-padded. Overall, it's a good buy, very sturdy and easy to assemble.

I needed some support to take a shower after a recent hospitalization. My Home health PT recommended that I get a shower seat. This makes getting in %26 out of the tub/shower much easier!

I needed this because I cannot stand in a shower, my legs my back are too weak. However the hospital recommended this sturdy tub chair…sitting while showering now is a great experience! The chair is sturdy in the bathroom tub.

Very helpful and sturdy. I purchashed the little black clip on thing that is holding a shower head. I had also purchased a dual water valve, shower head and hose seperately. I feel safe and at ease in this shower chair. It was only supposed to be temporary until I recovered from my surgeries but I like it so much, I am going to keep using it.

This is a very handy dandy transfer bench. After foot surgery it's a life saver because you aren't supposed to put your foot on the floor. This solves that problem just sit and scoot. My one complaint with this is the directions are ambiguous to say the least and the correct amount of screws was a problem. The screws sent did not fit or belong in the area told. We finally got it together and it works but be prepared to be frustrated at assembly

The bench isn't as sturdy as I thought it would be and I am not near the weight capacity. I had had surgery and needed it cause after surgery I had sprained my knee.It shakes and pops when I transfer to the bench so I always pray it doesn't break and the handle that is on the bench pops if you use it so I use the grab bar inside my tub instead of the bench handle bar. I am so thankful it hasn't broken with me and thankful it has held up so I can get my shower.

one of the rubber suctions on leg tore right off and one of the regular legs, aluminum leg went right thru. I use it everyday, sometimes twice a day. I really do need it

Can't rate bought it days ago it came.I paid a fee to assemble (Angie).They could not find a handy man so rescheduled for this Thursday again.I see if they show up.Angie could not guarantee me if they are trying for Thursday I just have to wait.So no show Tues the 23 of June 2026 and suppose to come tomorrow Thursday the 24 of June 2026. Very sad my chair in box waiting to be put together so I have the seat/bench to use.Im so sad.
