It's actually multipurpose. I occasionally will need it for the shower; it can also be used as a seat regularly, a table in bathroom, a stable stand, even a foot stool.

I have an older apartment and my master bathroom/shower is a bit smaller than contemporary ones. I found the chair overall great of it were for a standard sized shower and a bigger bathroom.

Sturdy shower chair with extended design for ease of exiting the tub or shower. Staying seated as you easily turn your body to exit the tub makes it much safer and more comfortable.

This is ideal. I had foot surgery, can cover the cast and go from scooter to seat since its' outside of the tub. It's very stable and works well in the shower.

The hand rail is on the side where my curtains should close if I use it now my floor will be a paddle. It seems the armrest is in the way???

Fits well in a fiberglass tub. Would be nice to have an attached holder on unit for shower head with attached hose.
