I have used Kleenex for many years, and have no issues with the quality, but I'm just about fed up with the same design. I don't like most of them, too bright, same color scheme, too "southwestern" style for my taste I guess. I usually buy the 4 pack of Trusted Kleenex Tissues and get the same design all the time, which goes with absolutely nothing in my home color wise. If I buy the boxes separately, I can get other designs, but they are still bright enough to be seen a mile away! Can't you make some other designs that are calming and more neutral like you use too? I know you want us to be able to fine them in the dark, but this has gotten ridiculous.

I've been buying these for a long time and the most recent ones were noticeably thinner. They don't even feel 2-ply. I'm sure they're trying to keep the price down with the cost of everything soaring. The boxes are idiotic and made for a kindergarten classroom, not a home. They could at least make the boxes look suitable for my bathroom.

BOXES ARE UGLY! CHANGE BACK TO NICE NEUTRAL COLORS. THESE CRAZY COLORS DO NOT MATCH ANY DECOR! EVERYONE IS COMPLAINING AND THE BOXES ARE GETTING UGLIER! PLUS THE PLASTIC FALLS APART AND TISSUES FALL IN THE BOX. AND PRICES KEEP GOING UP! I AM SWITCHING TO A NEW BRAND IF THIS CONTINUES.

These boxes are not bathroom appropriate, which is where I keep Kleenex. One has cooking utensils (yuck, for a bathroom), the other pink flamingos (I’m not 20 years old and my bathroom is age-appropriate, not pink). I ordered on-line and this is what I received. Would have never selected in the store. Come on Sam’s Club and Kleenex, you can do better.

I've always bought Kleenex tissue's but I think I'll have to change my brand or shop elsewhere. The clear plastic opening that you pull the tissues thru are not sealed to the box. So when the tissues get low, the tissue doesn't stick out of the box anymore because the plastic protector doesn't hold them up in the opening. Just like everything else in this country, the price went up and the quality went down. Whatever happened to quality control? It went out the window with everything else. Now I have to gather up these boxes of tissues and lug them back to the store and stand in line at customer service for god knows how long.

I received the wrong order. I did not want the long boxes. I wanted the square boxes when I called you and told you I had the wrong order. I specifically told you which one I wanted replaced it but you replaced it with the same boxes. I was quite upset and now I’m stuck with two packages of Long Box of tissues

Tissues are connected together and come out in a continuous stream. This causes me to waste tissues or to have to wad up the excess tissues and put on top of the box. I see other reviews pointing out this issue as long ago as 9 months. I assume this "feature" is intentional, since nothing has been done to address this problem..

Love the product but the packaging is so bright and colorful while it makes it distinctive...i have been purchasing OTHER brands whose packaging is less obstrusive. Previously Kleenex always had more muted colors that blended with the environment. I hope those earlier patterns return soon. Thank you

IF this were the 3-ply, Ultra Soft Kleenex tissues, these WOULD be a decent value. But for me personally, these tissues aren't soft enough, thick enough, or durable enough to use regularly or buy in bulk. These would maybe work ok if I were a therapist (for example) & needed to put out a cheap box of tissues for clients to use. But they irritate the sensitive area underneath my nose far too easily, and I have to use at least 2 at a time to blow my nose, making them a bad value. A few years ago, Sam's used to offer the Kleenex ultra soft in the rectangular boxes. Now you can only purchase them at Sam's in the cubes, but there are about half the number of tissues in the cubes per box no longer offers the Ultra Soft in the rectangular boxes anymore

This review is not about the Kleenex. It is the outrageous trick advertising them at $13.94 but when you put it in the cart it is $17.94 without the $4 off. I spent at least 30 mins with 2 calls, first call lost connection. Second call, I asked for a supervisor. She pointed out to me that it was the price for Scan and Go! What a deceptive trick that is! I'm lying on my sofa 30 mins from Sam's Club but the price it shows me is not the price I would actually pay. I should not have to looking at a Scan and Go price. Different pricing for Scan and Go should only be available when you are in the store and you have the app on Scan and Go. The supervisor offered me first a $5 electronic gift card. When I was shocked at that, she offered a $10 electronic gift card. I told her I had no interest in an electronic anything. I felt I should have ben offered at least a $20 gift card for this headache and deceptive practice. For the first time in the more than 10 years I've been with Sam's Club, I am very let down and shocked that they would do this. So, Buyer Beware. If you are trying to order online, the price you get for items may not be the price you actually pay for it. Everybody kept trying to 'assist' me with making the purchase. I would rather pay more for the same item at another store. In times past when I've had to call Customer Service, I had a much better experience. They waste your time, apologizing, talking as much as possible. I want them to get to the point.
