I am pleased with the product but my order was delivered to another address here in Liberal. I got a call telling me I had 4 huge boxes on their porch that I need to come and get. That is the reason I do home delivery and it was delivered to the wrong place.

My family loves Kleenex Tissues since allergies of all types happen all year long. They are strong, even without lotion, and can handle a lot of blows. We all agree, these are great not just for blowing your nose, but since there's no lotion we can all clean our glass without any streaks when used with 70% rubbing alcohol, then wiped clean with Kleenex tissues. We love these tissues for all kinds of things including arts and crafts, cleaning glasses, used for our noses, cleaning up small spills, etc.

The Kleenex’s are fine. I order this brand all the time. But.. when I ordered along with other products, heavy products, all placed in the same, super large box, the Kleenex boxes were smashed! Although still usable, as long as the pop up still works, who wants a smashed looking Kleenex box sitting in the bathroom etc.! Sam’s was very good about replacing them for me!

They need new machinery… I don’t know what Kleenexes problem has been over the last decade but their tissues Aren’t as wide as they used to be. Their folding machines are also so screwed up that there are crinkles in just about one of their tissues these days. They charge more for smaller tissues that you have to unfold to blow your nose, lol. They get two stars and are below average because their quality has slipped.

Kleenex is my favorite brand of tissue, but failed due to a flaw in the boxes. The plastic, designed to help the tissue come from the box failed. Every box in this case had flaws so that the glue failed to hold the plastic sheet in place, making the tissues not come from the box properly. Annoying and wasteful!

My feedback is on delivery. Half the boxes were crushed upon delivery. Two of them to the point of being open. Kleenex is one of our favorite brands, no issues with the brand. Shipping in cheap, collapsbile boxes led to me having to toss two of the boxes and four other ones being mangled.
