These were terrible. I opened a box and went to use a tissue and smelled like they had been stored in a damp warehouse; mildewy! Returned them to the store.

Every box had the plastic insert, which holds the Kleenex as they come out of the box, come loose making the Kleenex no longer pop up. Quality of packaging is cheap and poorly made.

The 200 boxes are UGLY! Someone left a review stating exactly what I am going to say, pls stop ignoring comments. Switch to neutral colors to match people's decor. Also your website is difficult to navigate. Step up and do better!!

This is a premium product at a very good price. It is just really to bad that as a disabled American I can no longer get my items shipped or delivered, you have made it very hard to shop in your store anymore

I wonder if these tissues do not pass quality requirements for sale at regular stores because most are stuck together. You get several tissues at once instead of one. . Frustrating but will do for the price.

I noticed the boxes of Kleenex had some kind of brown substance on them that could easily be wiped off. I didn't know if the substance was dirt, mold or something else so, I threw them away.

I've trusted Kleenex for many years. They're consistently reliable for their purpose. I tried Sam's Club tissues, for the price advantage, but found them unreliable for feeding the next tissue from the box.

I ordered because I trust this brand and am having difficulty finding it on store shelves. Unfortunately, it came with the boxes only wrapped in plastic together so some of the boxes were damaged

The quality of products is now the major issue. Kleenex has joined the manufacturing industry with cut backs in quality and quantities with their products. You need 2 to 3 tissues to blow your nose. Boxes are getting smaller.

These arrived in the same thin plastic sheet packaging that they are in on the shelf at the store. But NO box. Nothing to keep the several of the kleenex boxes from being damaged in shipping.
