Cheap tissues

These tissues are cheaply made. If I could give 0 stars I would have. Waste of money! Definitely not 2 ply, more like 1 ply. We stopped buying this brand and moved to another leading brand that is a true 2 ply tissue. Kleenex should be ashamed of themselves for selling this low quality product.

I’ve used and loved Kleenex tissues for many years, but this current batch has been very disappointing. Since around the COVID timeframe, something seems to have changed. The tissues now feel rough on my skin—definitely not what I would expect from a brand known for softness. Additionally, it’s difficult to pull out a single tissue without it tearing or separating into a single ply instead of two. I’ve even had to remove them from the box and place them in a separate holder just to use them properly. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I’ll be trying a different brand moving forward.

The sheets are not separated very well. You try to pull one out and 5 will come out because they are not split apart. It’s like one massive tissue.
