I really like my dryer, this was a splurge for me and I’m so glad I bought it. My clothes come out nice and dry and soft. I also like that I can change settings according to my needs.my dryer is on a pedestal so I do not have to bend over and to get my clothes out.

ULTRA LARGE CAPACITY SMART WI-FI ENABLED FRONT LOAD WASHER WITH TURBOWASH 360 AND BUILT-IN INTELLIGENCE almost 2 months ago and my clothes have never been cleaner. I can load it up with clothes and the Turbowash ensures that each piece of laundry comes out washed perfectly. I have tried out the bedding setting with multiple dog beds and it works great. The only problem I have had was when I mixed sheets with a heavy blanket. The water logged blanket would unbalance the washer. Spinning the blanket separately solved the problem though. All in all the is a great washer. I will be trying out the other settings as the year goes on.

BUT there were NO instructions that came with it to tell us how to operate it except the on and wash cycle. I can't override the temperature controls or any of the other controls. The only one that will work is the "Add an Item". The other prompts don't work. Also, I'm told that this is a WiFi machine. There were no instructions for that either. If I want to wash something that's heavy, it pre-sets the wash time for an hour and 45 minutes!!!!!!!!!!! THAT'S RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! So the only setting that I can use is NORMAL.

So quite, uses little water and detergent, and does a fantastic job. Many settings, smart washer. We have not tried all of the features as of yet, but learning as we go. Excellent product and does a wonderful job.

Makes the dryer much more efficient since the clothes have less moisture to begin with. Handles our cloth diapers with ease compared to our last top-loader. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are glad we chose this machine. We do lots of loads a week and this machine stands up to the task. Washes really well. Had a small issue day one, and LG sent down a technician to fix right away which was really great.

I purchased my LG Washer and Dryer 2022. I was very happy initially. However, after after reading the the information booklet I realized that there was upkeep. There is a hose at the bottom of the washer and a filter too. The hose has to be emptied of water and the filter cleaned out routinely. Also the soap dispenser should be left open to dry out any residual water. The care of the washer was never explained to my upon purchase of the washer and dryer. The hose to empty the water is at the front bottom of the washer and it is not very long so it is hard to empty. I have to get down on the floor to do this which is not easy for me. Even though you receive the manual it should have been explained at time of purchase. I do not know if I would have purchased the appliances had I known.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can only rate it as 4 star, simply as I am old school and really need a written copy of the owners manual. Even the electronic copy gives little info. I cannot get the machine to do anything other than what comes up on the dial. For example, I cannot figure out how to get the machine to know I want an extra rinse!

After trying over and over and calling support the app doesn’t work. Had to call to register as everything is through the app. There is a light for the “add options” button but it doesn’t light so we were not sure we were doing it correctly. The washer itself is nice and seems to function well but I am not enthused about the presets. Have to change them with every wash. Also need to persuade the door to latch but. Like that it stay wher you want it and doesn’t swing open all the way between washes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best washer I've ever owned hands down. Love the smart features from notifying me on my phone when a cycle is done to having separate settings for bedding, delicates, etc and adjusting based on load size. Wouldn't change a thing.
