The only hang up is in our laundry room, it would have worked better for the washer to be on the left and dryer on right due to door swing issues. We can change the dryer door which helped some

The only thing we were concerned about was service as we live outside of Durango and there are no dedicated LG service locations anywhere near. We did buy an ESC. I hope this washer lasts as long as our previous washer, 16 yrs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reluctantly bought another front loading washer because I was assured they are the best and have improved since my last purchase (11 years ago) of a front loader. There are improvements but still not happy with front load due to moisture issues.

Although I have only had this particular washer for a few months, I am pleased with the overall functionality of the machine. My previous machine was also an LG front loader and I had that one for over 10 years without an issue. I highly recommend LG products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m finding that I’m using many of the cycle options that I didn’t have on my old washer. These options make doing laundry easier. Clothes get clean, I don’t have to use a lot of water or detergent, and the cycles are faster than my old LG. I’m pleased with the improvements; this machine is a joy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the capacity of this washer. It’s able to hold big loads and still get everything clean. Clothes don’t get all tangled up. Our laundry closet is right by our livingroom i our condo and this washer isn’t noisy at all.

To begin, I wasn't planning on purchasing this washer; I had one that seemed to be working just fine. But overnight the motor seized up and here we are. My previous washing machine was also a LG but it lasted 13+ years, so I'm OK with replacing it. It worked hard for a long time. I love all the features this machine comes with, but there is a low-grade musty smell that I can't quite get rid of - I've run tub clean, added bleach, wiped down the drum, leave the door and detergent tray open, but it's still there.... I still have few more things to try, but this should not be an issue with a BRAND NEW washer! Also, I cannot get it to pair with the ThinQ app. I've tried multiple times, looked up YouTube videos to follow the process and still it won't connect. Nothing major but if I have the feature, I would like to use it! I own quite a few LG appliances and am very happy overall, but this takes away from what could be a great experience. To be fair, the washer does a great job washing. The clothes are almost dry when I take them out and it has reduced my dryer time considerably. I haven't tried the steam settings on the washer, but I probably will purchase the matching dryer when the old one gives out. The steam feature of the dryer will be helpful for the household. Oh, and there appears to be no volume control like my old washer. My laundry is right outside my son's bedroom and I like to run a load of clothes early in the morning and feel like it's loud enough to wake him up. Both my washer and dryer allowed me to turn the sound very low or even off. This might be a feature that is available, but if so, it's not easy to find! If I could clear up the musty smell, I would be willing to give it 5 stars.

Our new was installed and we definitely noticed cleaner clothes. The turbo wash is fantastic and with the App, it will send a notification that your load is done (also when it’s time for a tub cleaning). I would recommend this washer to anyone looking for a new washer or just an upgrade.

I can control the washer from my iPhone & I get alerts when the wash is done. No more wasted trips down to the basement to see if the wash is done! Super happy with our purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first front load washer and I love it. There are a ton of settings and I find myself using quite a few of them. Love the steam for cleaning towels. The best part is the capacity - I can fit SO MUCH! Love that I can wash my comforter at home, no more trips to the laundromat! The app is a nice bonus, though a little clunky.
