I’m so happy to be back using a front loading washer. The amount of wash options are great, with the ability to tailor these further through the app for every use case. Now that I work from home the quietness is a godsend, no longer do I have to wait until after work hours to wash clothes.

Having said that, I like the look and the features of the washer and dryer and hope that we are home free in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some of the cycles are not clear. In the instruction manual needs to be written more clearly. For example, Steam and Allergiene mean? Also, it needs too much maintenance. I never know if I have dried it sufficiently.

We started with nice, went to better, then to very basic…”like the one your grandmother had” as one repairman advised when asked what you should get. We had trouble with them all. One thing or another broke. We bought a different brand each time trying to get one that would last. We haven’t had this one long, so I can only speak to how it functions now. It is quiet, roomy and cleans the clothes efficiently. It is easy to use. We are very pleased so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit as a replacement for a 10 year old front load LG washer that had a good run but needed to be replaced. This new unit has about 30% better capacity than the old unit for about the same footprint. With the old unit, washing a queen comforter was out of the question but could be easily accomplished in this unit. This new unit is quiet, has a steam feature and the connectivity to the app, while not essential, is useful. Highly recommend.

Several loads into our new LG washing maching we could't be happier. It is simple to use and is also very sufisticated. The closes come out clean, smelling fresh and ready for the dryer. It's a nice experience to has a product that does what LG said it would do.

From washing and drying heavy bedding, husbands golf clothes , delicates, even hats , clothing comes out clean and perfect . I was skeptical about front load washers after polling my friends and finding most were not happy. So far I am nothing but pleased. I use my washer at least 6 times per week- which I know is not a lot compared to many families. But my clothes are just as clean as with my old machine with an agitator. The washer sings when a load is finished and with the wi-fi it even sends a message to my phone. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this washer to anyone.

i bought this machine brand new in May. it worked well until it didnt. this machine unexpectedly malfunctioned in September. it had a faulty valve that caused there to be uncontrollable water relwase from the machine which caused a large flood in my home.
