The smart phone functionality sent me a prompt that there was an issue with the filter so I opened both the exterior and interior wall vents only to find an overwhelming amount of built up lint from the older machine. Just got this one to replace my last 4.0 cu. ft. machine. It’s doing an excellent job getting my clothes cleaned while being a major upgrade in looks. So many great settings and options for quick wash cycles, various cycles to treat my clothes, towels, and bedding properly. The super fast spin does a great job of cutting down on dry time. Various heat and sanitizing options with steam are a huge plus for keeping bedding fresh. I also love the new steel color. I’ve trusted LG for years, and when my motor finally gave out after almost ten years for the last machine, LG set me up with a discount for this new machine in lieu of a repair. So happy with it.

Built-In Intelligence (AI) new world. NO NEED TO WORRY about for long now. We purchased this in Feb for new home, this unit is really silent and good in execution. we love it. we already recommended to our friends and one of them already bought by changing their mind from different brand to this one.

I have only had a chance to run a couple of loads through it, but so far, so good. It's pretty quiet, and does a good job sensing the load and working out the spin with heavy towels so that it doesn't shake all over the place. The one issue I had is that I have a value that shuts off the water to both lines at the same time. Every once in a while, I forget to open it before starting the washer. I did that on the second load, and it was a much bigger deal getting the washer to recognize that water was now available than it should have been. I had to shut it off multiple times to get it to reset and being the load anew. There should be a way to push a button that tells it, "My bad. The water's available now."

Seems to do a good job of getting the clothes clean. And I love how quiet it is. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 mostly because I've not tried out all the features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer for about a month and so far it works great. I wasn't sure if the Turbo Wash would be worth the extra money, but it is. I really cuts down on the time it takes to do a cycle without sacrificing your clothes getting clean. The app that you can use on your smartphone is handy, but it had some quirks to get it paired with the washer. Once set up on the phone, no problems. The washer is very quiet and it doesn't stick out so far into the room compared to some others, which was one of the deciding factors in getting this one. The front of the washer has a smoke colored cover on the door, which I'm not sure I like or not. It's a little too dark so you can't see very well whats going on in the washer. However it makes the front of the door perfectly flat and looks sleek. The inner window is actually tempered glass and not acrylic which is impressive. All in all very impressed with the washer so far. Cleanliness of the clothes is far superior to the HE top load washer it replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been using this dryer for a month now, and every dryer I’ve ever used, every once in a while the load will not be completely dry when the cycle stops. I have not had this problem, even for large loads, and the technology seems to adjust based off of the damp Ness level and load size.

When my old LG washer reached the point where repairing it was no longer an option, I purchased this Front Load LG Washer and the performance, quality and features exceeded my expectations. Doing laundry is so much easier and doing laundry with this washer is very exonomical.

After years of a top loader I'm still adjusting to the front loader, but the washer itself is wonderful. The laundry requires much less detergent. I like the flexibility to adapt each load appropriately. I am VERY satisfied.
