[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only one problem limits my rating from being higher: tge instructions are not precise. I'm a go by the book king of girl. What the instructions say, I do. The options are not available unless tge door is closed and the start button is activated. No where in the instructions does it say to hit start to then choose options. That little detail would have been important to know to find for example, cold water wash. It took a long time to figure that out by myself and left me wishing I hadn't bought this thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple of weeks ago and so far so good. I had the same top loading old school washer for almost 20 years and it was just time for a new one after repairs would be too expensive to justify. I was a little apprehensive in getting a front loader, but after reading online reviews and rankings, I determined that this is probably the best bet for me. I am still getting used to all the variables that can go into a wash cycle on it. I am horrible at remembering to get clothes out of the wash so the app notifying me that the clothes are done is nice. It also has a feature that you can enable that will allow the clothes to tumble once in awhile if you do forget them to help with wrinkles. So far the clothes seem like they are cleaned well and when they are done, they don't need too much time in dryer as this thing spins the crap out of them! I can certainly see how this can be energy efficient. I have forgotten to put in soap on one occasion and almost on a few occasions. I don't know why that is. I guess because I was always just used to putting it in with the clothes instead of pulling out a drawer and putting it in there. Maybe a little reminder would be cool feature to add. Anyway. I don't have any complaints yet, but LG asked for a review and this is it.

The machine works great! My chief complaint is that I still haven’t figured out how to set the wifi capabilities. Also, you can’t see how much time the wash will take per setting until you press start and have to wait for it to sense the load. Then it will give you a wash time. Other than that, I am enjoying the machine!

I’ve had the machine a couple weeks and love it so far. Easy to use. My only complaint is that there must be sensors in it, to tell the machine if clothes are dry or not. That would be great for energy saving, but when trying to dry a thick blanket, it was frustrating. I had to start the drying process at least 5 times, and the machine would stop after 5 minutes. It could be user error, however.

This is the 2nd washer I have bought in 3 months. The first was a different brand and came broken. After dealing with 3 months of trying to get it fixed, I refused to have it replaced by that brand. LG was recommended by several people I talked to and so I replaced it with this LG washer and it is the best washer I have ever had. Wish I had bought this first!

Found this pair on sale and it had good reviews. Using it has been easy and I’m very happy with the choice we made. Does a great job getting clothes clean and dry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this front load washer a month ago to replace my older LG front loader. There have been improvements from my previous machine. We love the turbo option that washes in half the time with excellent cleaning results. We were so happy that there wasn’t a supply chain shortage of this LG washer.

Clothes come out clean while machine runs smooth and quiet. Would recommend this washer to anyone looking for a dependable machine with modern day style and features.

This is my second LG washer and I love this new one. The features are endless and spins the cloths nearly dry. I plan on repairing the old one as I loved that one also. Due to a surgery, I was unable to repair it in a timely fashion, so I bought a new one. Some aspects of the repair I was not physically not able to accomplish.
