It was replaced with a new lg washer (Serial #305TNHM00849) on 5-31-23. We love the new lg washer! I swear my clothes come out cleaner and fresher.

We had to go through the warranty process, which meant five weeks at the laundromat. When the repairman finally came, he couldn’t repair it on site and has to take it to his shop. He took it apart and discovered that the two halves were not properly sealed. I will never buy another LG product.

We've had it about a month now and it is an excellent washing machine. There are many washing machines out there and we feel we made the right purchase. It's got so many great features and it is extremely quiet when it is operating. We are very pleased with this purchase!!!

We have had other brands and this does a great job. We are very satisfied and look forward to many years of use with this. It is an added feature that we have this "smart" washer and dryer paired with our LG TV's and are alerted when the wash is completed, while we are watching a program!

We researched this purchase for quite a while and decided that the LG product was best for us. We received our washer and dryer and they look beautiful. We are now in the process of installing them into bathroom.

After trying over and over and calling support the app doesn’t work. Had to call to register as everything is through the app. There is a light for the “add options” button but it doesn’t light so we were not sure we were doing it correctly. The washer itself is nice and seems to function well but I am not enthused about the presets. Have to change them with every wash. Also need to persuade the door to latch but. Like that it stay wher you want it and doesn’t swing open all the way between washes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old washer (LG front load also) finally needed to be replaced after 8 years. Got this new front load washer with greater capacity and love it. Our washer is treated like a commercial on as it gets used every day. Large family tons of clothes to wash, really does wash for 3 families. Delivery and set up were done quickly. New control panel is nice. Like the changes in part to add soap, bleach and softener. We are so happy with this great washer.

It was love at first sight, and I liked it so much that I purchased another one for my permanent home. The features are very convenient, giving the user many options when washing and drying. The steam feature. Is a great addition. I would never purchase any other brand but LG.

I love the app that goes with it and the monthly reports it emails me. The only thing I would change is I wish it had the ability to change the default settings for each type of load rather than having to adjust their preset settings every time.
